A few days ago my daughter and I went out to the store and she waved at some man she sees. Today she tells me that he was one of her friends father and when she went over to her friends house, he asked her "Who was that old lady you were with?" She laughed and told him, that's my dad, at which point he starts apologizing profusely.

She also told me she hopes I don't cut my hair, because she is used to me having it long. She is one neat daughter!

What really stinks is that some of us getting really excited about passing as an old lady. We waited too late to go out in public and now we are relegated to the old lady look. If we had only gone out earlier, we could have done those mini-skirts and be age appropriate.

It just isn't fair. :D I have even gotten so old that I preparing to get a wiglet and blend it to my gray hair. I hate getting old.
