What order do you get dressed in?

I've seen videos of most people putting make up on first, but to be honest that doesn't really get me feeling feminine straight away.
Here's how I do it:
1) Remove anything and everything male, including facial hair
2) Figure out my look for the day
3) Slide into my outfit one piece at a time.
4) Sort out cleveage and body shape
5) Apply facial make up
6) Apply body make up when applicable
7) Accessorise, (think thats how its spelt :straightface:) ie, jewellry, belts, shoes if Im in the mood
8) Sort out wig/hair extensions
9) Review :D
I don't know how similar you gals do it but I'd love to know!

After I remove Bill from the premises, I
1, apply make up because I dont want to make a mess of my dress and I am sloppy with it.
2, get my foundation garments on, try to make a figure hmm go figure.
3, pick out an outfit, not many to choose from sadly:sad:
4, find my hair, or put a dog on my head which ever looks best that day.
5, look in the mirror and go yuck, think about starting over!

8. Grab my purse and run out the door. I'm already running late for work.
9. Add lipstick on the way to work.

Figure out what I wanna wear.

Shave, both face and body.
Get into the outfit I decided to wear.
Fix body shapes (hips, breasts).
Put my wig on.
Apply accessories, mainly being jewelry.
Apply make-up.
If I'm happy with the result, make a few hundreds pics to get the best ones out later.

My list is so much more simple! But there is a reason for that!

I can do that because I no longer wear makeup or a wig. I am a man in female clothing!

Procure an adult beverage, then:

1) Decide what to wear and get it all out.
2) Nails (and let them harden...this takes a while but I want nails done before makeup!)
3) Face: Shave, moisturizer, primer, concealer, foundation, eye color, brows, eyeliner, mascara layers, blush/bronzer, powder, perfume, wash and moisturize hands.
4) Dress: lingerie (forms), stockings, whatever clothes necessary to put on my heels, rest of my clothes, hair.
5) Add jewelry.
6) Regular "powder my nose" regimin: Brush hair, add/repair lip gloss, repair powder.

Heavens, no wonder this takes forever!!!

1. Spend 1+ hours getting things out and spreading them around my bedroom and bath.

2. Install the figure I've selected using; corset, pads, bodybriefers, etc.

3. Get into female suit and add breast forms du jour. ( Must avoid looking in mirrors until I'm dressed!):o

4. Put on outfit. Followed by; nylons and shoes, undies, (optional), then belts and jewelry.

5. Put on face, then wig! Brush wig, put on gloves.

without a wig i have to curl my hair for the look I want

What order? Let’s see…:thinking:

1. I scrape away any residual male-ness. Since masculinity rolls off of me like water on a duck’s back, this doesn’t take more than a few seconds…:heehee:
2. Depending on the circumstances, my nails have already been painted or prepared. Fingernails are usually “clear” but very neat, and toenails are painted with opaque color…
3. I peer into my closet, fondle my many femme garments, and ask one of them to “dance” with me. I normally wear skirts more than dresses, so I also need to choose a blouse to wear…
4. The underwear magically emerges from a drawer, and then I wrap myself in form-fitting items that instantly create an awareness of my body. Of course, I have prepared the latter beforehand. Panties? Yes, but not too ornate, a means to an end. I prefer pink boy shorts…:o
5. My breastforms are very modest and barely noticeable. A bra holds the forms in place and hugs my body just-so. After being (and feeling) drab, this gentle hug is very…moving…
6. My femme shoes, chosen for the outfit, slide onto my feet. This step alone goes a long way towards feeling integrated, in terms of gender. The shoes fit snugly, and I walk across the line. If I’m not wearing nylons, I wear very, very thin socks, depending on the ambient temperature…
7. I put on my dress, which is hanging nearby like a work of art, or I slide on a blouse, followed by a skirt. I enjoy this part immensely, so I fuss over the fit until I’m satisfied…
8. I head for the bathroom across the hall, yank out my Kathi Lake makeup kit, and recreate my face from chaos. Since I’m a painter, I’m very good with brushes. My eyebrows are usually good to go…:battingeyelashes:
9. I take pains with lipstick application, and I get a real kick out of doing it – I love red, tending towards scarlet, but not too strong or obvious. Once my lips are defined, I’m nearly there…
10. The wig has already been styled (I usually tie it into a pony-tail), then I put it on over a wig cap. My wigs are invariably long, with soft bangs, and light auburn in hue…
11. I put on some small, dangling earrings, plus a pink bracelet of some kind. If it’s cool in the house, or if I’m going outside, I’ll add a cropped sweater or jacket for warmth…
12. I look in the mirror, primp and preen, until I’m satisfied with my appearance. I’m still the same person, but the male has been incorporated into the female. I am me, once again…:)
13. I do a lot of just “feeling” my clothes, not only physically but also psychologically. I find myself transported to a calm, blissful state as if by magic. The peacefulness thus obtained is hard to describe, but why spoil things with words? It’s worth all of the effort…

first panties then stockings or socks if I choose to wear them, sometimes just bare feet and legs with flipflops or sandals.
2.If I decide to wear a bra over my B cups I leave it fastened and pull it on over my head like a sweater.
3. If I decide to wear them, put the D breastforms or the C water pushups in the bra, sometimes nothing but me.
4. Put on whatever top I decided to wear.
5. Put on the bottom, skirt, pants, capris, whichever
6. Put on my wig, seven to choose from, but since most places I go people think my short red wigs (either one) are my real hair, I wear them mostly. I wear my long blonde or lilac wig to certain places that have seen me in them before. Rarely wear my short blonde ones except for the apartment hot tub. Don't want to get chlorine in my other wigs.
7.Put on lipstick if I wear any. If I am going to eat immediately I wait till after I am through eating, it is just wasted otherwise.
8. Shoes or sandals or flipflops may go on before or after I dress.
I shave before starting dressing, but its been proven good for up to 30 hours with no one any the wiser. I live and work 24/7 as a normal woman.

The order of operations seems to change a little depending on my goal for the session. If I'm not going out there are several items that will not be needed. If I have the chance my toes will already be done. This is more likely in the winter since I wear sandals a lot when the weather if warm. Normally it's shower and shave first, then moisturize. Underwear and formwear next, then a slip. Before any other clothing goes on I'll do my makeup because I tend to spill powders and i don't want it on my top. I'll do lipliner but will wait until I'm fully dressed before I apply lipstick. After I'm dressed I'll put on my wig and get the jewelry on. Now I'm ready to do my nails if that's going to happen. Then I'll sit and let them dry and get hard while I enjoy being dressed. I love it when I give myself plenty of time and I can stretch it out. I may get an iced tea or mix a drink while thinking about what I'll be doing next. Once my nails are done and hard I'll get the shoes on, check my purse and if I'm going to wear perfume I'll give myself a spritz just before I walk out the door. It makes me smile.

6 Get dressed, if I wear anything that requires going on over my head, I put a pillow case over my head first to stop the make up getting onto the clothes.
7 Slippers off and heels on
8 If I plan to wear a necklace it goes on now
9 Wig on, and styled
10 Ear rings and any other jewelery

3. dry, deoderant, spray perfume.
4. Panties, then Bra (put bra on backwards like GF's did, then spin).

6. Slip.
7. top. bow or tie to match skirt when in schoolgirl outfit.
8. Skirt

10. Earrings, maybe necklace/choker, watch, bracelet.

13. Hair clip/barettes.

I can't say I have a particular order for dressing. The point at which makeup goes on depends on the design of the top I'm going to wear. Ie... Button up tops can go on afterwards, but to avoid wrecking my makeup, tight pull over tops go on first and carefully after foundation and concealer on my neck and scar but before the blush, lippy, mascara etc go on.

The rest of my clothes go on in what I assume would be the normal order, Bra and knickers first then stockings, if I was to wear a petticoat or slip they would be next, then outer clothes then shoes. I usually leave my wig till last.

If we are going out (how rare is that ?) then a coat goes over the top, and I'll change into flats or my boots before leaving the house. Happily I don't own a hat... :battingeyelashes:

After about an hour showering,shaving my selection of undies will determine what I'll be wearing. Can't wear black bra and panites under a light dress! Bra and form size (I have three sets of forms - some work with some bras, and some don't) generally spell out my choices from there.

8. Put make up on very carefully. I do that last cause by then my face will have calmed down from shaving.

I used to put make up on straight after I'd shaved. But found out that my skin was still a bit irritated.

Most days outa bed , bra, knickers, singlet, top. ,skirt, over jumper, socks ,boots flats, wash my face , a light shave like Jos does , breakfast do the coal range face cream ,
& if going out or shoping most days eyebrow liner . lippy, & perfume, head scarve, sleaveless top , hey its winter here, & out the door . just like in my pic or similar to. oh & hand bag / back pack . from getting out of bed 1 / 2 to 3 / 4 an hour most days.
