At the end of Feb this year my SO finally moved in with me. She has known about Rachael from the start (told her before our 1st real date)

Since she has moved in, she has encourged Rachael, with girlie nights in, shopping trips, were she acts aas my bodyguard to a point that sometimes, I have stop and move her on before she wallops the gawpers lol :)

She as already told me that she has plans to take Rachael out for a 'girlie' meal and is encourging me to look for CD/TV/TS groups to meet other people :)

Each day I love her more, my fear has been replaced by a new confidance now that she is standing by my side :)

I'm really a lucy person :)

Good for you, Rachel. I told my late wife before we married, actually before I proposed. We enjoyed almost 50 years of happiness before cancer took her! Give her a big hug and kiss from me!!

It's great having your own personal bodyguard isn't it, I've got one too and she even scares me :heehee:

Good deal Rachael. I too have an accepting SO who is quite protective of my while we're out dressed.
Heaven help the poor fool who decides to give Tanya a hard time.

Congrats Rachael :D It feels good when you get the support of your SO. I know that well because my last few gf's didnt like it but my new SO encourages Kara :D

As a single girl right now, this is key for me. I have always purged for my last GFs, and refuse to get into another relationship with someone that wont support it now. The great thing about this statement is she knew before the first date, and it didnt shape her opinion enough to not give you a fighting chance. Great for you and Great for her.
