What's the longest time you've ever CD'd at one time?
For me, it was about 8 hours each at fetish parties in Europe. Here in the states, I have evenings out and I'll CD 3-5 hrs at a time.

I had my step mother catch me with my step sisters swimsuit and tights. That was probably the first really bad experience for me.

Currently 2-3 hours at a time, maybe 1 or 2 days a week. Before we had kids, my SO traveled alot so I would dress for maybe 2 days or more.

Living alone has it's advantages. I once went 10 days but will regularly do about 2 days.

While I'm living alone, I go en femme almost every weekend, but I don't go out. A couple of summers ago, I went for five days without reverting to male mode--it was great. I'm looking forward to several days this summer too.

I spent 3 whole weeks as Stephanie back when my wife and I only been married for a short time. It was her idea, not that I fought it very hard. Since she passed away, I have spent one week dressed enfemme but not wearing a wig or makeup. In other words, a guy in a skirt!! Not the same one all the time!! LOL Oh yes, I sleep femme every night anyway!!

Maybe five or six hours, I did a whole list of errands dressed once. Practice, cause one day I'm gonna dress up and I will stay dressed for the rest of my life :] <3

In a previous place of employment, I had the fortune of being able to take ten, (10 ) days twice a year... During those times, I'd go to the East coast to visit my friend and "partner in crime" Emmy....and during that 10 days visiting her...I pretty well spent 24/7 AS Kendra....Talk about going into withdrawl when it came time to go "back" to drab...It was as if I were killing part of myself taking my makeup off and putting all my pretty clothes away.... And this went on for three and a half years...Talk about Heaven...

Several months? I rarely wear guy clothes any more.

If you mean wig and makeup and all... I don't know off-hand. Maybe 10 or 12 hours. On the other hand, I haven't worn a wig more than a twice in the last year: my own hair is now roughly 6 inches below my shoulder, longer than most women my age.

Four days, and that includes sleeping in a nightie, jogging in a sports bra and girly shorts, and not a stitch of male clothing in between...the longer I stay like this, the harder it is to switch back!

My max has been between 3 and 4 days/nights. The limiting factors were how sensitive my face was getting from all the close shaving and the fact that I had to check out of the hotel and go home and back to work and the part of the family who are not in on my crossdressing.

Thirteen hours straight on one makeup application, with only one powder touch-up at about 6 hours. That was last Saturday. There's a photo on my flickr page showing what my makeup looked like when I got home...

Including nite time, and redoing make up in the am, appx. 38 hours from CA to home. Being very careful where I stopped for gas and did potty breaks.

I traveled at a low rate of speed to:
A) make certain the cops did not check me too close,
B) have as many people as possible check out the pokey driver!

Enjoyed every minute, including the truckers honks!

for me it is probably 2 to 2 1/2 days at a convention by the last day I was ready for pants and flats but my girl time was great I loved it.
I spend 8 to 10 hrs a few times a yr and maybe 4 to 6 hrs once a month just don't get enough girl time

Just got back from four fantastic days at Esprit 2010. Quite a number of firsts for me. First time out in public last Thursday, and first time I got to spend days dressed, and the first time I saved a seat by leaving my purse on it! It was incredibly liberating, and the best bit, apart from the wonderful friends I made, was the fact that I just didn't have to explain anything, if I didn't want to. In fact, I would have got strange looks had I appeared in drab, I suspect :).

The whole town of Port Angeles, WA, was incredibly friendly, and the hotel staf at the Red Lion were superb. They treated us all with friendliness and respect, as did the locals. Went to the local shops, bank and Goodwill store, plus a couple of nightclubs. The "bouncers" took great pains to make us feel welcome and safe. The locals asked questions, in a nice way, and one of the staff at the Red Lion Hotel came back after work to join us and taught me how to dance in 4 inch heels!

I'm still buzzed after arriving home on Sunday. Can't wait until next time I get chance to go out, though I realize that this was a particularly friendly environment.

Ahhhhhh Jojo I love it!! I would love the attn from truckers! lol. When you stopped for potty and gas breaks, did any guy hit on you or give you compliments or did u get any of them checking you out?
One of my close friends loves it when I dress up and always wants me to dress up in every aspect of my life. He's gay, but we don't live in the same city anymore =( He also loves the attn I get from guys.

Wow Kara! That's really awesome! I had some of the same experiences here in small town Kansas. I checked this bar out in drab (is that the term to use when we're not CDing?). It seemed pretty cool and laid back. So then one night, I think within the next 2, I went there as a CD. Everybody treated me normally and all that. One of the bartenders made me feel welcome and and said as long as she's here I am welcome. The other bartenders did the same. Some of the locals (particularly the guys) were kinda curious about it. And it was a good experience :) I love to find places that I can just go and chill and meet guys while CDing.

...the longer I stay like this, the harder it is to switch back!Amen to that, big time. I just had a 4-day/3-night femme weekend, zero boy stuff, and right now I'm scheming to beat the band about how to arrange a much longer time, like maybe several weeks. I seriously wonder if I would be willing to revert after that?

Two caveats tho: I'll need more clothes; and shaving/makeup twice a day (if I go out in the evening) gets to be a pain in the butt.

But worth it, definitely. :doll:

I have been able to vacation away from home, alone for a week. I made up and dressed every day for five days, usually 2-4 hours at a time, but for as long as 6 hours when I went out. Even though my dressup sessions are sometimes short, I have on many occasions pulled 2 sessions in a day.

Week before last I spent from Friday at about 6:00p.m. until Sunday around 4:00-5:00p.m. dressed, sleeping in Cami and panties, no boys clothes or shoes anything. It was truly an amazing time. It was with my wifes urging to 'go get dressed' Friday evening. When Saturday morning came around we talked about where we needed to go shopping. (co-op, Target, and fresh market) I asked if she minded that i was going to wear 'this' out and she said if I had the guts then she was cool.

--not to get off topic but she JUST reserved "My Husband Betty" at the library. I mentioned it to her so I think she's warming up like the equatorial sun to my going out on Saturdays dressed.

So maybe a tip for everyone here trying to make the step out.... Saturday can become Skirt Day.

Cheers Erika.

Fully dressed, with wig and make up, about 12 hours. But in the past few weeks I have started to wear femme panties all of the time, a sports bra, and either femme pjs or nighties at bed time.

24 hours, but high visibility. Booked a trip out of town overnight, but bought a train ticket (5 hour ride). Dressed en femme for winter, knee high boots and skirt, turtleneck sweater and had my nails done. Full makeup and unobtrusive wig. I delayed finishing my dressing until I was literally rushing our the door for the train; I HAD to make the train and that way I gave myself no chance to chicken out . It would have made me late. It was travel as a woman, or miss the train.

I spent 5 hours sitting next to someone else, reading Vogue with my legs properly crossed, slightly cramped, but I was thrilled when neither she nor the conductor so much as gave me a second look. I even ordered my meal. Then I took a cab to the hotel and checked in en femme (I had called ahead and told them my credit card number, and said that I would not be staying, but my female guest would be staying; all charges would go to my card. All I needed was to present the letter I wrote 'myself', confirming the arrangement.)

Checked in, showed to my room by a courteous bellhop, and then out around a shopping Mall (with growing confidence, a swagger to my walk, and a determined click to my high heels), before coming back and having a glass of wine in the Hotel Bar alone. I slept en femme, and wore my lingerie to my meeting (under my male clothes) the next day. (oops, I guess it's not 24 straight hours...) then came back to my hotel, finished my makeup, and did the trip all in reverse. The second time in the cab and on the train, I had SO much confidence, I was smiling, relaxed, looked around, even had a little wiggle to my walk . Great memories. MK

I've been crossdressed since January. I live alone and no one ever sees me while I'm inside but I still think it's great. When I step outside everyone treats me as a female. I won't go back to being a male.

Cassandra, that is the truth! People treat me so differently when I'm a female. In fact, once a week or 2 ago, I went into my favorite bar as a CD and I had just walked in and I was gonna stand and order my drink and this guy turned around and saw me and gave up his seat for me! That was so nice! He was with a woman who was sitting right next to him. It was like wow!

I had the greatest time of my life when I found a really great guy. I was able to dress everyday for 3 months for my lover. It was the greatest time of my life and the worst time. A car crash sent my man into a coma to which he later passed on. I trired to carry on but was unable too....I lost my will to dress for a very long time. Those 3 months were the most fun I have ever had that I will not forget.

About nine days, a few years ago when my wife (girlfriend at the time) went to Europe with her family. It was a lot of fun, I got waxed, and had salon acrylics. Took photos, tried on everything I had, but when my time was up, I was plenty ready to go back to guy mode.

I spent from late morning on a Friday until early afternoon on Sunday as Tommie at the spring TG weekend at the Dunes Resort a year ago in April.Drove down dressed but came home in drab.Enjoyed it very much.Otherwise a day at a time quite regularly.Often on a day off dress in the morn and meet my so when she comes home from work.I play the housewife al day, clean and have dinner readt when she gets home.Meet her at the door with a glass of wine and dinner. The payoff is great!
