Let's here from you girls about nice places to go to get made up and help with taking on the femme look.
I have had a makeover in Las Vegas at the Glamour Boutique and it was fun.
I have heard that there is a place in the Chicago area that does makeovers, anybody know about this.
Let's come up with a list so all can go and have some fun. :2c:

Hi Nancy,
I believe your thinking of Rori's Transformations in Chicago. I think they're located north of O'Hare. Just google them, they have a great web site.

I've never had a tg-based makeover, only mainstream ones. You asked for a list, here's the ones I've experienced (in order of current fav):
Bobbi Brown
Sue Devitt
Clinique
Estee Lauder
Dior
Trish McEvoy
Lancome
MAC
Prescriptives ...will always be my fav, now defunct however ;(
And really, this ranking has more to do with the artists & their proximity to me. In other words, my fav artist in the LA area is with Bobbi Brown, a product line I've come to absolutely adore, while my fav in SD is with Sue Devitt. I also know some wonderful artists in the LA area who are at two different Clinique counters which gives me great options no matter where in SoCal my outings take me.
Currently, Lauder and Dior are pretty much Vegas connections which will be difficult the next time Lauder has a "gift with purchase". Trish McEvoy (@ Nordstrom) had a wonderful artist who has left so I lost touch with her. I round out the list with MAC and Lancome. Done both but I'm not partial to either of those product lines, particularly MAC.
The moral of the story? Get out there and have fun. Find a counter where the artist is enthusiastic and genuinely willing to help. Buy lots of product and become a repeat customer!!!

If you're going to Las Vegas, you can't beat Stephanie @ The www.tgirlstore.com. She also works out of www.powerexchange.com. Give her a call, she is great and her prices are very good. A basic makeover starts at $70.00.
If you are in the Los Angeles area, Tansformations by Gina is the place to go. She has lots of clothes and wigs to wear and her photos are second to none. She will spend about 3-4 hours with you and you will have the time of your life. She is a lot of fun. Gina can be reached at www.Transformationsbygina.com
These are who I've used. You can see the results in my Albums.

Our Mac makeup store in our mall is the only place I can think of for our area.
