I discovered yeterday that my estrogen levels are through the roof and that
makes me feel shit :( it explains why I've been feeling the way I have coz I've
been displaying all the symptoms of estrogen overload :( I need it gone coz its
just messing me up one hormone fighting the other not good at all:( so I've got
to have my levels done again before my next jab to see if its just a blip :( I
hope it is coz if not I may need a blocker :( xx Felix

Sorry, Felix. :hugs: I'm not savvy on hormones yet, so I can't give any helpful advice. But I wish I could.

Could you actually be getting "too much" T and it's converting to estrogen? An estrogen blocker could only help matters in your favor...right?

:itsok: Those are just the things that came to my head first. But I'm sure it still really sucks to not have things regulated; all the extra blood tests and crap.

Aw, that sucks. :( But I'm sure the doctors can fix it and you'll be a happy chap once again.

Tons of people on this site know tons about this stuff, give it some time. You'll get some ideas. I agree with Ze though, maybe a blocker?

Hi Ze, Lex and Fallen_Rayne thanx for your responses. I've done a lot of research about this and yeah if all else fails until I get my hysto a blocker makes total sense :/ I'm not over keen on putting more chemicals into my body but if it will help sort things then I will. Having been on this board sine 2006 and I know there are many who could help me with their own experience:) Anyhow I've been asked to have my bloods done again before my next shot to see if this is just a spike. Thing is everything I've been experiencing in the last few months is symptomatic of estrohgen overload so we will see hopefully its nothing and just a spike:/ ill let you all know anyhow how I go. Xx Felix :)

Hi Felix. I had a problem with estrogen excess at one point of time. I eat crucifers. Lots of crucifers to get rid of the estrogen in my system. Broccoli, cabbage, brussels sprouts. It helps. Do not store your food in plastics. Use glass instead. No storing food in plastic bags. Dont drink anything that comes from plastic containers. I'd avoid salads and cook the veggies and eat them as pesticides in the veggies cause hormone problems. you have to watch what you eat and drink, like a hawk.
There are plenty of articles on estrogen dominance on the internet. Sorry you are feeling so ill.

:strugglin Sorry, Felix, no advice to give you; but I hope you get it sorted out and feel well soon. I agree with you though, the less chemicals in your body the better, usually. :hugs:
