Do any of you fine members know of any gender therapists in the greater Denver area?

Here's a good place to start looking:
http://www.lauras-playground.com/gender_therapists.htm
Or do what I did and scan the yellow pages and check out any therapist who listed "gender issues" among their specialties.
Good luck!! :hugs:

You can also find the local GLBT organization(s) and ask around. They'll probably have a good short list already. Try the "older" folks vs the college groups.

I met a Dr from Denver for facial feminization and his office may be able to point you to a list of therapists. Dr.Terrance Murphy.
Good luck Daenna. Hugs Teri

I see a good one in Colorado Springs, let me know and I'll get you the info
Another thing you can do is email a local therapist or two and ask them if they know of a colleague in the area who has experience with gender issues.

There are a few. However, the ones I contacted were not accepting new clients. I found an understanding therapist in Colorado Springs and was quite happy with her. Of course I felt like I was educating her several times.
