Yes try Club 1099 on Virginia St. for a nice friendly TG-friendly lounge :D . Restrooms are a little small but I did say friendly ;) . Go and enjoy and I am sure they can give you directions to boutiques and shops.

I saw a place on the web called the Hidden Woman on Mill Street in Reno that is a CD friendly boutique. They have a website you can look up and get more info.
