Well, firstly let me say its almost 1 week since my breast enlargement surgery and how I currently feel is probably not a good indication of what boobs really feel like but I will update as the weeks go on.
During the last week the pain has subsided and the doubts of whether I have done the right thing have gone. Waking up every morning is painful still and I can only lie on my back.
My boobs currently feel like they've just been stuck on the front of me and definately dont feel part of me yet.
Will update more in the coming weeks.

Hi Angel;
You looked forward to this for a long time. I'm sure things will get better. I have a feeling you did the right thing and as soon as the pain is gone you're going to be one happy young lady.
Hugs

I do believe that your decision to have surgery will be reinforced every day once the pain subsides. Breasts are so much a part of the female body. I congratulate you on this step!

The boob job was the most painful of all the surgeries (implanted in armpit).
I really didnt like the hormone grown boobs and I ended up with about a small B from the hormones within a year. When I had SRS the price of the boob job was too hard to pass up so I had that done.
Now I am so glad I had it done. Why? Because I dont need to wear a bra. They pretty much stay put! I hardly know they are there which for me is what I like!
Playing sports kind of stinks when ya have stuff bouncing all over the place!

I am sure that with each day your smile will become bigger. And in no time, you will think that you have "always" had them and they are a very natural part of your body.
Myself, I am still waiting to see how much growth I get from hormones as I started with a modest "A" cup before hormones even though I am on the thin side.
How long were you on HRT before you opted for BA?

Because of one person, my 93 yr old dad, I have to hide the girls sometime. But I didn't have a boob job, mine just started to grow. Now I'm a 42C. God I wish I could go full time...BJ

Umm you can go full time. Is someone holding a gun to your head saying you have to be a boy?
I realize that the thought of transitioning is challenging. I realize it is the most difficult thing anyone can face. I realize that people will leave your life when you begin transition.
I also realize that you are not a slave to other peoples expecatations. I will say one thing. What I gained from transition far outweighs what I lost!

She is hiding them and not going full time because of the effect it might have on her dad, which I do understand. Every one who wants to go full time or transition(and yes those are two different things) don't always do it right away for various reasons, one being sparing the feelings of the loved ones. No one is forcing them to not be full time but rather they are choosing it.

As Angle stated & Karen concurred, a two year wait is what I have read as well and what I will be following.
I hope that all the great breast spirits shine on me within those two years.
Maybe I will get really lucky and wind up with a set like Karen's! :)

I got mine about the same time I started HRT. I went with a 34B because I am petite. In the close to 4 years I have been on HRT I have only had a full cup size in growth from hormones.
It took about a year for my implants to settle into what I believe to be a very natural looking set of boobs.

Initially I was thinking of, eventually, looking into BA, after some other things, such as FFS and a Trach Shave, etc..
I figure that, if I go through these facial adjustments while on HRT, I'll be giving my body a chance to naturally develop as much as possible before I start moving forward with an 'upgrade'. In three months worth of injectable Estro, I've developed a rather small A/B cup from what was previously rail/flat bone (zero developed muscle mass) and skin.. who knows what the futures hold at this point.
Enjoy your body mods, I'm sure they'll be attracting attention soon enough. ;)

That is very, very good development ! As well, quite fast. My guess is that you will not need a BA, unless you want/need to be quite large.

Quick update. Woke up this morning and still a bit sore as always however they really are starting to look better. Did my usual routine that one must do to hopefully make them settle more natrually and Im feeling really happy this morning.
Ive promised myself that im not going to wear a proper bra until by breasts have completely healed.
Putting on a new bra is a really big step for me and one I want to save for the perfect moment. Im going to head into town today to chose some bra's (without trying them on obviously). Hope I get the right size!

I'm so happy you're feeling a little better Jesse. Pick something really pretty. I'm sure it will look beautiful holding up the new girls.
