After a successful outing by myself, to a symphony in the park, even though my date fellow did not show, I come home, and a gross message, from a guy on Hotornot. He said to give it up Grandpa- f---. There always is some moron, and always will be. My family has its share, too.

Well, my question Louise would be do you really care what he thought?

Ever notice how losers never seem to be able to resist the urge to identify themselves? :heehee:

Just another victim of low self-esteem fishing for another target to practice his/her dysfunctional attempts of self-compensation for their character flaws.

Same rules apply here as those at the zoo. Do not feed them, it only encourages them...:hugs:

You would probably serve yourself best by maintaining a lower profile. You're leaving yourself wide open to jerks like that.

Say you wear a new pair of shoes and receive 100 postive compliments mixed in with one bad one.
The shoes probably become history because of that one negative comment.

Say what you want, we all want to be accepted and we do care what others think.

The more you expose yourself, the closer you come to having your bubble burst.

I understand what you are saying Shari but "in this business" (as they say) there is no way someone can remain a crossdresser if they are thin skinned.:)

Denise, true. When a man puts on a dress, he is basically putting on a big target, or blinking strobe light. I, and others need to become thicker skinned. It did not bother much, to tell the truth. It seldom happens. Last night, was the first time i have been dressed, in a crowd of people, and i sat there, for 90 minutes, being Louise. Taking criticism, can make a real man, or girl stronger.

You'll probably find he has a lower than average IQ, I tend to feel sorry for these small-minded people because their life must be a terrible existence, lol

Tell him where to stuff it.
In real life, his name is Bubba Cleetus Dumas (NOT the Andy Duphrane pronunciation correction of "Dumas" made on Shawshank redemption)
He is still a virgin and his "gift" is but 3 inches long.

I was out Wednesday, meeting a friend from here. I looked gorgeous. I know I did. And yet hearing one person laugh nearly ruined my night.

You just can't let idiots that don't consider your feelings ruin anything you accomplish.

And hotornot is full of them.

Is it just me, or are people who go on amihotornot just looking for abuse? If you think you are hot, that is what matters. I recently had my ears pierced and the women love it, and who cares what men think anyway? Love yourself and don't worry about the naysayers, there will always be someone to fill that spot.

Dee :fairy1:

PS: Lookin' good

Hey DeeDee from another DeeDee ;P
I've never even heard of hotornot, but I can guess by the name there'd be a lot of haters on it.

And I have to agree with DeeDee, thinking that you are hot is more important than if others do or not.
