Going Out For 1st Time In NYC??

I was thinking about going out for the first time in a cute outfit and a pair of heels somewhere in NYC but i'm not sure where the best place would be where i wouldn't stand out too much!! Any advice?

NYC is far, far more sophisticated than you are. They have seen (and done) it all, hon. Don't worry. You can't surprise a New Yorker.
