I am so #### excited I finally found a clinic that will transform me to female. I will be going for counciltation in September maybe arrange surgery for beginning of the year. Finally I can come out of this #### shell and be who I am.

I would advise caution. Any clinic that promises to "transform you into female" would be suspect in my opinion. That's not how it works.

Transition takes YEARS of hard work, money, and pain. Just where is this "clinic" that promises to transform you?
