Lots of great information. One thing I do that really helped me was learning to bellydance. Not only does this help you learn your body, it helps with the movements and it helps learn what women talk about and gives you an insight of how they, rather we, think.

A very interesting video. Thanks for posting it Traci Elizabeth! Running and other cardo-vascular exercise is part of my mental health plan. One thing I learned by accident is that working out on a Stair Master will build the glut muscles in your derriere and making it rounder and more feminine.

I've been doing these exercises for awhile and have definitely noticed results. I mix them in with martial arts, yoga and other stuff.

Same here, in the respect I also mix these with martial arts as well as cardio-vascular exercise. I use an aerobic dance routine to do the 30 minutes cardio exercise 3 times a week an it really is great fun. I have dropped 6kgs (13lb) over the past 3 months, but as the video also points out DIET IS 70% of it, the exercise is only 30%. My doctor advised me to eat less meat & more veggies not in 3 main meals a day but as 5 small snack sized meals whenever I feel hungry, and to stop eating it as soon as the hunger starts to subside. Reducing calories is key to shedding extra weight. I still have another 10kgs to go to hit my ideal body weight, but its good to know Im well on the way thanks to this video and some advice from my doctor.
If you want to see what differences its been making, go check out the photos in my gallery and see the photo of me as a male taken 3 years ago.... I was grossly overweight and hating everything about myself. Now I just want to live life again. As Melissa pointed out that she is doing cardio-vascular exercise is part of her mental health plan, I to have to agree that I am feeling a whole lot better about myself since taking on some type of fitness regime. I highly recommend this for any girls who struggle in their transition.

The video has been removed from you tube. Does anybody have another way I can find it or other exercise videos specifically for crossdressers trying to get in feminine shape ? Please.
