I can't say I have a favorite accessory, but I do have a favorite items, the thing that 'makes it' for me.... My wigs. I can't be without them, and things never felt quite right till I had them.

I would say my bra with forms. For the past 2 weeks I have been (for the first time in drab) been wearing my bra and my forms all the time . Driving my truck (I'm a trucker) going into truck stops , picking up and delivering cargo, crossing the Canadian US border ETC.

Before this I only would wear my bra and forms when going out fully dressed. I have never worn a bra in drab outside before sooooo This is neat.

I wanted to see if I could get used to wearing a bra with my forms (witch gives me a D size with my natural Bs) on a daily basis. And it turns out No prob.

When I saw the title to this thread, my thoughts about accessories was the same as Jayme's and Christina's. As I don't really wear accessories much, aside from necklaces that I wear in guy mode too, I wasn't going to participate. They just don't affect me that much.

Since the thread took a more general theme though, I have to say that my breast forms and bras do it for me lately. I can come home from work and feel stressed, but when I put on my forms, I start to feel that things are right in the world. I've worn panties since I was twelve years old, so they are second nature. But my forms feel so right to me that I hesitate every time I have to take them off.

Secondly is anything in nylon, satin, or silk. I've had a satin fixtation since I was a young child, I think it goes back to the satin edging on my security blanket. But feeling the slippery softness of those fabrics on my body is another thing I find great pleasure from.

Agreed. It's not the part that revs my engines sexually, but it's definitely the essential component to being en femme. I can have everything else on, but without the wig I'm not a girl. Conversely, just the wig by itself is enough to make me feel feminine. :battingeyelashes:

One way to take that question is "do you have a fetish for any dressup items?" Or "what dressup item really excites you more than others?". I know my two biggest "must have-really excites" items are high heels and deep red lipstick. With high heels, pantyhose/stockings are a given.
There are two other things which I really like: long, thick black fake eyelashes, no such thing as too big. And I really like hair accessories, like hair bands and tiaras.
For sure, high heels are the winner in this poll.
