Yes, that's right. I went out for a full 3 minutes today. lol. :)
I was going to take a walk in a park near my house, but I got halfway there and felt scared and went back to my house. Still..3 minutes in the sunlight for the first time this year. Horray!

You have to start somewhere, and 3 minutes is good. Now you just have to start increasing the time and distance!!

It does get easier. Is there any one in your area you could get together with? An outing with others is so much fun you will forget that you have worries. :)

I couldn't agree more. It takes time. It is best to go out with someone else if possible. Then you don't even think about the time that has passed. Next thing you know you will be going out in the morning and staying out all day!

That's definitely a start. Now go for 10-15 minutes at least next time. :D

Three minutes is good. My first time "out" was to just walk into the garage ~ the big uncovered windows look directly out to my neighbor's driveway where they seem to spend way too much time. After a few times doing that (and a few ducking back in because Neighbors Were There) I went into the yard, watered flowers near the door and went back in.

I was going to write "now, the sky's the limit" but I've been there too. :)

Don't put yourself down. 3 minutes was a good start.

If you need some encouragement for next time, think about how many negative reactions you got in those 3 minutes (none I'm guessing).

Someone once said "we have nothing to fear but fear itself".

Hey 3 minutes is good. It takes a while to feel comfortable being out there. But you are so pretty you shouldn't have any problems.

I can't help it. The title of your thread makes me think of an old George Carlin skit - "The two minute warning."

Congrats! Three minutes or otherwise, the fact that you had the courage to go out in the first place is something to be proud of :)

Well the appropriate answer is,,,,,,,,,,,youve nothing to fear but fear itself, but just as equal is my own opinion, that that is 3 minutes more than I have managed to do!

Grazzles on the three minutes. I haven't been out on my own, I'm too dependent on my friends. So more power to you!

Better than I. Last week, I ventured out en femme to check the mail after dark. I was "out" in public for a max of 1 minute. Still it was fun hearing my heels click on the sidewalk.

I don't care if its one minute, you went out the front door! Or back lol :) Going out and being exposed for the first time takes a lot of courage... it also can slowly lead to going out more and more! I swear it gets addictive fast!

3 minutes is about my record to. I was out for my first time and breathing for 3 wonderful minutes. And that is half a year ago now. :Angry3:
I need to take my next step...

As everyone else has said, Three minutes is great! It does get easier, but it takes courage to go out at all. As you can see from many other posts, many girls have not ventured out at all. From all I have experienced, most folks do not notice others, and if they do, they don't care. That might not help much, but the times I have gone out enfemme, I have gotten absolutely no comments.
