Hello, girls!!!
Just wondering if anyone knows any great places to order shoes from!? Am especially interested in ankle or knee boots...but finding larger sizes is a problem. Any help would be certainly rewarded!! Luv, Helly.

Check on my links page listed below. Zappo shoes is good to start with ;)

Helly,

In addition to Zappos, try Payless.com and Nordstrom.com. They're on the opposite ends of the spectrum in terms of price, but both have a great selection of shoes and boots in larger sizes. I've ordered several pairs from Payless, and have always been pleased.

Oh, and I forgot to ask, what's the reward? I do have my eye on a pair of boots at Payless, hint, hint!

Good luck and happy shopping!

Well...I suppose it depends on if you decide to come to our Halloween Bash on Oct. 29! ...or sooner!

Try your local Payless Store. Every one I've been to, didn't care if I was trying on mens shoes or a pair of heels. They just hoped I would buy something.

I buy at Payless and walmart. ------- No one cares WHAT you do! - Decent shoes at a good price!

Many will say that you should add two sizes for closed toe, pump styles but only one size up for strappy sandals and such. Works for me.

For larger sizes check these sites.

Snaz75 is OK but I find it difficult to come up with a good selection of 12 and up sizes. I wear the same drab or drag sizes up to 4" heels then add one size for every inch up from that.

Nordtrom has very well-made, if a little expensive, shoes. If you wear a 12 or less, you'll have many classy selections to choose from. (Oh, how I envy folks with their small, size 12 feet; me stuck with my 13s. Sigh.)

Hi Helvira, I happened upon WWW.WOMENSHOESPLUS.COM while shopping for sandals recently, and their size selection in the style I chose ran up to 14. Don't know about their boot offerings, but the "Daisy" ankle-strap sandals I bought were 1 size larger than my men's size and were actually a tad too big. You might want to check them out in addition to the sources previously suggested by the rest of the girls. Hope this helps!

This is one of my favorite shopping stops for shoes, terrific selection. Had to learn the hard way about also checking width. Bought some great shoes that I just adore, right length--Women's 11 but I hadn't noticed the width was AAAA, way too skinny for this girl. Otherwise, very discrete and efficient.

Hi, Helvira, :)

I buy most of my stylish, inexpensive shoes (like the pumps in my avatar) from Pierre Silber
http://www.pierresilber.com/?ovmkt=3PMKPGNEQITC6QPCFBS08UU0P8

and from Sexy Shoes/Leslie Shoe Co.

Regards,
Rainbow :)
PS. In some styles, the shoes run up to size 15!

If you are looking for every day ladies shoes and boots try JD Williams home shopping as they do uk size 10 eee what is a straight swap from a mans size 10 uk. Also if you live in the uk try the high street shop Evans as they do wide sizes and are a straight swap over i.e 10 wide ladies is a 10 uk mans. if you go to the picture forum and look at my thread you'll see some of the styles available. but warning both of these aren't cheap i.e beige boots £75.00 GBP
