My best friend who I have told I cross dress to, has very kindly agreed to help me out. She chose some make up, mascara, eyeliner, foundation and eye shadow and she's going to apply it on me! :D I am very excited but also very nervous.
She is a very open minded person and did a 10 week Max Factor course on makeups. I told her I wanted to create some photos for my Facebook page and she agreed to help me out. Everything has been ordered, so just awaiting for the post man now.
I have gone for the emo style eye lashes and eye shadow as I find it very sexy. I have a lovely wig and some gorgeous clothing that I have been collecting over time along with some lovely shoes (all of which I have placed in my Facebook photo album).
I have some lipstick already, just waiting on some glittery lip gloss which should be here anyday now.
This should be very exciting for me as I have only done Lipstick now and then, but without the rest of the makeup, didn't really look all that great.

If she is going to all of that trouble for you, then you better post pictures.

Thanks all :) Yes my friend is very open minded. It wasn't until recently she discovered she was bi. Her outlook on life is "you only live the once, so why not make the most of it".
If she was any more leaned back, she would be on the floor :heehee: I am really excited and of course I will be posting piccies :D

Eyeliner and I don't get along well. My sister helped me learn makeup basics, but since she doesn't use liquid eyeliner, I got no help there.....

You're very lucky to have a friend like that. Don't be nervous though, she wouldn't have agreed to helping you out if she wasn't comfortable with it.
Relax, be yourself, and have fun! Oh, and don't forget to put up some pics when you're done :)
Awesome to have a friend and also be your self in true spirit of the word, that's relationship worth to cherish. Have fun and like the rest of us can't wait to see you babe!

I have (as told by my friend) some very femine features. My chest seems shaped well enough to wear a bra with a cami top. My hands, fingers are thing are more femine and my face too does not have the square jaw line as most males do.
She said if I were to pluck my eye brows and wear something like a scarf or top that covers the neck, it would be very possible I could pass as a girl. :battingeyelashes:

A friend that has done a course in make up, how wonderful, that should mean she likes to play with make up, and it could be as much fun for her as it is for you. Get that camera ready, the way you describe your features, with her help you may just be very pleasantly surprised. Relax and have fun, it should be a good day. And don't let her just do it, get her to teach you how to do your own. It's fun to have it done, but when you get where you can do it yourself, and like what you see, it's such a thrill. I find doing my make up, gives me just as big a rush, as dressing, well almost anyway.

Definitely take advantage of her assistance by asking a lot of questions, taking notes (there's no shame in taking notes), then reapplying the makeup daily for about a week then sending her multiple photos to ask her for her opinion on how well you do. That's how I did mine :)
One thing to keep in mind with makeup is that it's not really about how hard you put it on, but how well everything seamlessly blends.
I actually did my eyes the same way as the girl in the photo for quite some time and it's a very alluring look! If your friend is able to identify the best parts about your face, chances are she'll want to highlight them and make them more prominent... moreso if it's your eyes!
And don't forget to post pics! We'd love to see the finished product :D
