Hello, I will stay 6 month in Raleigh and I am absolutly not familiar with USA laws and so on.
I will not risk to go out in fem clothes, but how is it about taking some in the laguage with me at the airport (I think I check the laguage, and if it is stuff of one person they will wonder why there are thingsfor both genders inside...) or mabye how about buying a dress in a store... will I get trouble?

NO I wouldn't worry such, they don't care what clothes are in your luggage and as for shopping have fun and enjoy yourself. Be lady like and for the most part people will treat you with respect.

You should have no problem packing your fem items. Customs does not care about the clothes. Some A-hole agent may say something, but that's highly unlikely. If one does, just simply tell them that the things belong to you.
As for buying, shouldn't be a problem either.

The US is far more bureaucratic and sleepy than you think.
No one cares what's inside your luggage.
The only thing the law cares about is drugs & weapons, therefore dogs do the job of selecting out what is what. You really think that Black Labrador Retriever thinks much about those lacy pink & black knickers in your suitcase?

Sophie,
Don't worry Dear, there is a large LGTB community in the Raleigh area. Have fun

No one will care. I just flew to/from Texas with forms, wig, etc in my bag. It wasn't even hand searched.
And going out will be fine too, if the urge strikes. Honest.
