View Full Version : Had to get out.

After my Monday night en femme session, I was really hacked off at being stuck indoors. I have difficulty getting out the house without the neighbours seeing, and I usually only get out en femme on the darker evenings, when I get out to the car and away. I'm unemployed at the moment and really can't waste the money driving to another town to walk about en femme, so I haven't been out since March. On Monday I couldn't take it any more, after spending the evening en femme and looking really nice. I just looked in the mirror and couldn't bring myself to undo it all. After about 1/2 hour agonising I decided I would go out for a walk around the area. I took the blouse and skirt off and put on a pair of jeans and a jumper, my 3" stiletto boots and a coat. This was about midnight and there was only one house with lights on, so off I went. It felt great to get out, but walking in heels, especially down hill, is a skill I have let slip, so it was a bit awkward. I was only out 20-30 mins, and it was a bit nerve wracking, but I was just so happy to be outside. I have lost a bit of the confidence and experience I had gained, but the nervous excitement that came along with it was a real buzz. With a pretty depressing week this week, this has kept me going.

Just wanted to write this down.

Good for you for getting out - even if it was for a short time & late at night! Certainly, we all have had those up and down moments when we dress up, look fabulous, but become fearful of going out the door. Only you know what is comfortable for you at that moment. Consider planning out an adventure - where you will go, what to wear, when it will happen. Sometimes the anticipation of preparing in your mind that event can become a real rush! Also, please do one thing special just for you each day. It doesn't have to be a "biggy", just something you enjoy! You deserve it!

Hi Margaret

Well done
Its good you managed to get out. You will find you will be a little more relaxed the next time.
I am sure this is just the begining but you may have a few doubts along the way. Everyone does when first venturing out.

You will have to do those walks more often. There are therapeutic in more ways than one.

P.S. Hope you find a job soon
