After reading from Bredalee25 thread (have you ever been pulled over by the police while dressed). There were so many with good experences with the police, myself have been pulled over many times and all good but..I was driving home after a Jimmy Buffet concert on the beach to help with the oil spill recovery.. It was about 2am and I was about 4 miles from my house and thought good I made it home without getting pulled over and no road blocks...But then the blue lights came on from behind me,I live in the county and hadn't seen a car for at least 10 miles But there he was...I pulled over and got all my papers out (license and insurance card) and let the window down and waited for him to come to my car...I handed him my stuff, he asked "what I was doing out this late?" I told him that I had been to the concert on the beach..He asked "How much had I to drink?" I told him a couple but that was earlier...He asked me to get out of the car for the test...I got out and he looked me up and down (I was wearing a demin mini skirt, tshirt with spaghetti straps and sandles)...We moved to the back of my truck and in front of his car...He then asked "what are we going to do about this?" I didn't understand what he was asking...He said "well baby I have you dead to right for a dui" now he has put one hand on my hip he said "but I think we can work something out". I knew I didn't want to go to jail for a dui not just because of the way I was dressed but all the stuff that comes with a dui (fines and all)..So I asked what do you mean? He puts his other hand an my shoulder slightly pushing down on my shoulder and says "you know what a lonely man wants".. Now he is pushing down harder so I go to my knees...(I knew I didn't want to go to jail.) He says thats it baby you can make me happy...I said yes I can....After he had finished he helped me up and said "that was real good baby let me see what I can do about this dui"...He walked me back to my truck with one hand on my a-- not just rubbing it but squeezing it..He went to his car, I sat in mine feeling so mad and humilated. When he returned he said that he was going to give me a warning ticket for a burnt out taillight and said "I will be seeing soon again ok baby?" I said ok...As I drove off he followed me and when I turned into my drive he sat there about a minute and left...So ladies beware there are police officers like this out there...

Sheri
Having lived in your area for a few years, I can totally believe what happened to you. Chalk it up to a very bad experience. Cops are no different up here in Virginia than in LA. 3 years ago wife and I were at a Buffett concert and she went to by a T-shirt. She stumbled on the steps and a cop asked if she had been drinking. When she said yes, he said you are under arrest for being drunk in public. He put handcuffs on her and took her to the holding area. There was told point blank that if she would give oral sex to the arresting officer and his 2 pals she would be set free. She told them where to go. Needless to say she went to jail. When we talked to the states attorney and she told him what happened he quickly agreed to drop all charges.

Also,
I would save any evidence he may have left on you. If you have his semen, you have a case, but be careful he will probably do anything to keep his desires secret from his macho friends on the force. I agree, it is time for a lawyer. If he has done this to you, he probably has done it to others and will continue to do so.

his "I will be seeing soon again ok baby?" says he expect a return performance... and he does know where you live.

I also want to preface my comments by saying that the way the story is told by you does not enhance it's credibility. You seem very nonchalant about the described scene.
I am a lawyer, and I would urge you to see a colleague immediately, even to just get advice on how to deal with this. At least you will be in position to make an informed decision.
The behavior of this cop if true is criminal, including coercion (blackmail), sexual harassment, assault and rape. He should be removed from his job, put in jail and civilly sued, that is both him and the Police Department.
The saddest part of the whole situation is that if we let people get away with this we enable this kind of behavior. It is a gross misuse of power and must be stopped. Not only because of what he did to you but rather for what he will and likely has done to women and children in your county.

I feel very sorry for you that this has happened. I used to just fear thugs and getting attacked, but now I think I would fear a cop try to make this kind of proposition. I guess a cd needs to only pull over where there are witnesses.

I'm very sorry that happened, Sheri. While you are in a potentially awkward situation, people like that need to be stopped. Contact a lawyer, and see where you can go with this. Preferably a lawyer in another area, to minimize him or her knowing that cop.
Wishing you the best with this

Genetic girls always use their sexuality to their advantage. He probably thought you were a beautiful woman and wanted female affection. Next time you can just offer him a kiss if he will let you off the hook. Believe me these men are not that picky. If you feel like giving him oral than go ahead! He will be like putty in your hands lol He is looking for love and acceptance from a woman. Most likely because he is having marital problems

Hellooooo If you were in fact drunk, you were breaking the law. the officer offered you a way out of going to jail, and you accepetd that offer. he didn't force you to do it. If you were not drunk, you could have asked for a blood alcohol test, if refused you could have brought it up in court and asked why you weren't allowed to have the test. You saw a way to avoid getting a potenially expensive ticket and a dui on your record, and you went for it. You could have just taken your lumps.
the officer was totally out of line, but you need to take your share of the blame. You sat in your truck angry and humiliated? WHY? You took the deal.

but seanmuscle. If the cop wants a CD and that act, why doesn't he just look for it and gain that favor from his own accord, not the sickening blackmailing tactics that he used. It's stories like this that makes people resent cops that way so many do.I'm not saying that you agree with him, you were jsut explaining "WHAT" he wanted. I don't exactly fault him for that, but I do fault him for how this sick dog, obtained it.
Ya I agree it is not professional of the cop. Not all men are like that though. If you plan on being a woman you have to be prepared to deal with advances from men. You have the power to say no but you can also use it to your advantage. I have seen women flirt their way out of speeding tickets before lol

If your story is right, this guy knows where you live and no matter how you dress, this guy is going to be on the lookout. He has your lic number, your address and probably a lot of like-minded co-workers. Once you gave in, you practically agreed to give him freebies for the rest of your life because he can blackmail you forever since he knows you are a GM.
My advice would be to start looking over your shoulder every time your drive or walk or bicycle because this type of person is going to get "his share". You really should have reported this and should probably be looking for a new address in a new city in a new state--unless you want the briar patch. Oh no, not the briar patch braer bear!

Lets see you get stopped by a cop, you admit you had been drinking, he asks for sex, you give him sex, you still get a ticket.
Others have said see a lawyer, turn him in etc. What you really need to ask your self is what kind of a person are you to do that with a complete stranger. I don't care how you are dressed. then or now. First get some respect for your self because it sounds like you are looking for someone to tell you it was OK or wrong and you already know the answer. Could this all have happened I don't know but for sure I would never have given him sex. I would have Reported him. Gotten a lawyer and told the newspaper. And that is just for starters. Just because you are dressed as a woman has nothing to do with what you accepted to do. Gender and sex are not the same.
Besides that drinking and driving that is just plan stupid. You could kill someone and don't tell me I only had one. That kind of says it all I think!
Sorry girls but this is all just plan wrong on both sides.

I was driving home after a Jimmy Buffet concert on the beach to help with the oil spill recovery.. It was about 2am . If you have a few beers and several hours pass until you drive you are not over the limit. Weather she was drunk or not is not the issue.
I got out and he looked me up and down (I was wearing a demin mini skirt, tshirt with spaghetti straps and sandles)...We moved to the back of my truck and in front of his car...He then asked "what are we going to do about this?" I didn't understand what he was asking...He said "well baby I have you dead to right for a dui"
He didn't have her under dui because he did't breathalyze her yet. He is making a threat to blackmail her into trading sex for not throwing her in jail. He does not have the authority to trade money or personal favors for not enforcing the law. That would make him a john in a prostitution case, and a corrupt cop in another.
now he has put one hand on my hip he said "but I think we can work something out". Now he is pushing down harder so I go to my knees...
If he is forcing her down like this it is more like rape. It is implied that you are going to do this weather you like it or not when he is pushing your shoulders down harder and harder.
I am not a lawyer, but I agree with another poster who said save any cloths that might have seamen samples for evidence and consider the options. If he forced sex on you you were raped by a police officer. Our sheriff went to prison for raping several woman, but it was years after the fact the girls got the courage to speak out because of his threats. If the first few had spoken out, the others may have been spared being raped.
When he returned he said that he was going to give me a warning ticket for a burnt out taillight and said "I will be seeing soon again ok baby?" I said ok...As I drove off he followed me and when I turned into my drive he sat there about a minute and left...So ladies beware there are police officers like this out there...
That is stalking and threatening to force repeat performances. The fact that he may have a STD is another thing to think about. He should too if he does this often. The fact that he threatened to see you again would make my mind up to pursue legal action against him. Who knows, others may come forward to testify it happened to them too after the suite is filed. I can see the possibility of this costing the city a lot of money in the suite, and maybe this will make them screen their officers a little better.

You in effect, bartered away a dui and a stiff fine. In addition, possibly some jail time, court appearances, costly lawyers and maybe a license suspension.
You didn't have to do it, but you accepted. In doing so, avoided what could have been even worse for you.
What did happen was a warning ticket and some degradation, witnessed by nobody but you and him. Only you know the degree of your trauma.
I have read some of your previous posts.
Your feathers are ruffled, but you still have your license and your money.
Remember that you were the one who drank too much and put yourself in that position to begin with.
I'm not defending the cop. There is no defense for what he did.

as far as cops go they are a bunch of crooks. as they know the law, there friends are the law.
get a lawyer and a heard shrinker to talk to.
what the cop did is very wrong, but then they break the law all the time and nobody stands up to them.
you did something wrong also. this is why you need to talk to someone. but get a paper trail going if you plan on doing any good about this, if not then expect more and with more officers.
but also STOP drinking.
never drink and drive...not even just one.

I dont very often get truly p***off at some of my fellow posters, but this is ridiculous. For those of you who are at least "partly blaming" the victim, Im glad there isnt a smiley face for how I feel. I too have been a rape victim, but not while dressed. Yeah, that happens too. I meet plenty of predators in my line of work, and lots of victims, and you were attacked by one. Get something done about it. call a lawyer, another agency in your area, whoever it takes. The nearest branch of the ACLU wouldnt hurt either. Just do something, before it eats you up.

Isn't there a section for fiction threads?
Sorry, this reads like someone's fantasy. And while I'm sure there very well could be rogue law enforcement types who might engage in such behavior, the whole thing comes across as way too perfect...as in perfectly fitting the fantasy section.
But I'm glad to see OP has come full circle, the first post here was about....c'mon, guess...
getting pulled over by the cops!
(with lots of men stuff in-between)
You were assaulted by your account. Any self-respecting woman, or any person for that matter, would exhibit a degree of devestation about the entire event. There is absolutely none in your words. This tale makes light of the harsh reality of sexual assault and also drags law enforcement through the mud as well.
So if I'm wrong, I'm wrong. This is simply my opinion.

Sorry, but I have a hard time with the story.
Lets say it's true. You write that you didnt want the problems with going to jail, DUi, cost & etc, but you were willing to drop to your knees, give the guy a BJ and risk catching something that could infect you at least and kill you at worst. If true , if you didn't do a "Monica" and get semen on your clothes, then going to a lawyer/ cops will be iffy at best.
I hope its just a story you wrote, if not, this could be damaging to you the rest of your life.

Maybe you should re-read the OP. I don't see any rape, nor do I see a sexual assault. I see an idiot cop, and I see a person who willingly traded a sex act in order to not be charged with a crime. The OP stated to the officer that she indeed "knew how to make him happy". I too believe that the officer should be reported and that the full weight of the law be imposed, but only for the fact that he needs to stopped before he does the same thing to someone who may not be so "accommodating".
She was given a choice..not a great choice, but a choice none the less, and she picked "option B".

Well looks like I need to be the dissenting voice.
I question how real this story is.
Standard practice is a breathalyzer test IN ALL STATES, not an "admission of guilt" and a couple of drinks hours ago is NOT DUI. Did the pig even smell your breath? That is what happened to me when I got pulled over for no reason.
Patrol vehicles all have cameras that point out the windshield, unless you are in truly back world locations in the South. So there would be video evidence of this non sense.
I cannot be sure what I would have done in your situation, but I would hope I would have the drive to bite down hard, then proceed to beat the pig down. There would be plenty of evidence HE was doing an indiscretion.
But I don't think he would ever have gotten to the hand on hip stage. He asked the OP to get out of the car just because of the admission to two drinks. He had you dead to rights worth s&*t!!! He had nothing!!!
If this is indeed a real event, the OP needs to read up on their rights. This Pig (no cop is he), broke every regulation under which he is bound. You have every right to be out at night so that question should not have even been asked.
Did you get his badge number, or his vehicle number?
Every cop I have dealt with I have gotten both those pieces of information out of.
What was the initial reason for the pull over? Because you were out late at night? Gestapo anyone.
If your area is so small, then you have HIM dead to rights. If he has done this to you, he has done it to others.
These are the reasons I doubt the validity of this post.

Maybe you should re-read the OP. I don't see any rape, nor do I see a sexual assault...
Had this situation played out to where it was reported for investigation, I could almost guarantee this would be charged as a rape or sexual assault at the very least. It would be under the auspices of coercion under the color of authority.

I knew I'd heard this story before. My first inclination when I saw the original posting was that it was a fantasy. Still think it is, but who knows? Unless the OP 'fesses up about it being fiction, I guess we'll never know.
Wouldn't be the first time a CD posted fantasy presented as truth in a CD forum, unfortunately.
That all said, if it's true, the OP made a very bad decision.

But how many of us would be willing to go to court and testify?
The officer is counting on that, but the other side is, you testify in court that you were out in public, dressed as a female, and gave him oral sex to avoid a ticket. This could be embarassing when it gets back to your workplace, your neighbors, and your family.
Well, fiction or not, this has touched off an interesting debate.
I'd like to think this question is rhetorical ... here goes: What's better, being embarrassed by telling your truth in court, or letting a (probable) rapist or a**hole get away with a crime?
Hypothetically, I know that I'd have a lot to lose; admitting that I did these things would probably really hurt me and a lot of others.
Regardless, I'd like to think that I'd be a man (ha!) and report the crime.
After the fact, it'd be pretty hard for the police to charge me with a DUI since by that time I've metabolized whatever liquor I had in my system.

And just so I'm clear: I think that if this story isn't true, it's reprehensible to present it in a non-fiction area of the forum as if it's true.

But how many of us would be willing to go to court and testify?

Truly what's more embarrassing?
Getting a criminal in jail or being coerced into a blow job by a person in authority!
If I was asked I'd be throwing up first, then ask for his name, rank and badge number, then I would call my lawyer and report him to the police commission (in Canada the appropriate authority).
Even him touching me in this circumstance is an assault.
Anyway I'd be interested what date the event took place?

OK now everything makes sense:

SheriCD7 said: "I was 15 when I had my first sex with a guy. I was dressed and both of us really enjoyed it..Now days that is the only way I have sex is dressed.."
what happened it is probably true, but the instigator may have been the OP.

Had this situation played out to where it was reported for investigation, I could almost guarantee this would be charged as a rape or sexual assault at the very least. It would be under the auspices of coercion under the color of authority.
"IF" my uncle had tits, he could be my aunt. My replies are based on the OP as stated. I don't think that the legality is in question. If it did in fact happen, the officer blatantly broke the law.
I am still going to have to stick to my original thoughts.
The OP could have opted to accept her fate with regards to her DUI, but she was offered an alternative and she took it. Do the consequences that she may have faced due to being arrested absolve her from any culpability in this mess? She could have just said no, paid her fines and none of this would ever have happened. Re-read the op, she openly admits knowing how to "make him happy, admits that she doesn't want to go to jail for a dui, and admits she was given a choice.... take the DUI charge or pay your fine on the side of the road. it's right there in black and white.
This is starting to sound like another case ..poor downtrodden cross dresser, she had NO choice but to succumb to the officers demands or possibly face the wrath and ridicule of society by having to go to jail as a man dressed as a woman, and less to do with facing the consequences of own her actions.

More problems with the story:
Why would you give or later write that you gave a good BJ to some jerk that you felt like was taken advantage of you ( even if you had agreed to do it in lue of a ticket)? I would give the worse BJ ever; maybe even the "sorry about the teeth marks" officer type.

The time to call a lawyer was when he first coerced you. Now you have hearsay and two different accounts of what happened. If you feel better calling a lawyer to get this documented, go ahead but now it is your word against his.
Here is how the scenario should have gone. He said what are you going to do about this? You should have said not a thing I have not broken any laws. He says walk a line you walk it, you do the test, he still says you are drunk you get a blood test. Yes you will go to jail for a bit. While you are in jail you call your lawyer, you sit there and wait until your lawyer comes in and tells them what you can and cannot do for them.
As Kelly said, if you were drunk, you broke the law. If you were sober, you should have called a lawyer then (actually you should have called a lawyer either way).
Now I have another suggestion, get a STD test because if this is a true story, you weren't the first and it doesn't sound like you took precautions.
One Parrothead to another....sorry

This is clearly a piece of TG fiction and should not have been posted as an actual occurance. What I resent are the "all cops are crooks" comments. Does that include all of us former and current law enforcement officers on this forum? Do you think any of us would behave like this?
While there are most certainly cops who are bullies and worse, they are few and far between. The majority take their job and their responsibilites very seriously. Police applicants must pass psychological testing before being hired, and as pointed out previously, virtually every patrol car is equipped with a video camera and/or GPS which shows where the car is and whether or not it is moving. That information would back up any allegation of misconduct.
If writing TG fiction gives you a thrill, post it in the appropriate place on the forum.

I don't think for a minute the majority here think cops are crooks (or crooked). If you got that impression I will apologize for the group. Most cops are great (every department has their cowboys). What I resent more is that now there will be a few new CD's (TG's) who will never go out thinking this may happen to them. Reinforcing that stereotype doesn't help us or the cops

...We moved to the back of my truck and in front of his car... ...He puts his other hand an my shoulder slightly pushing down on my shoulder and says "you know what a lonely man wants".. Now he is pushing down harder so I go to my knees...(I knew I didn't want to go to jail.)....
we are supposed to believe this cop would do this out in the open, between your truck and his car??? something just isn't right about this "story"... maybe it should have started with, "Dear Penthouse" :tongueout

Pure fiction.
Hope you enjoyed the replies, but there is NO WAY this is true. the tone is too suggestive for a true victim. Try forums which encourage erotica...we here try to focus on the real world.:Angry3:

I know a lot of police officers. What this guy did was unprofessional and threatens the ability of his fellow officers to do their jobs.
It's disgusting.
He should be reported to the internal investigations bureau and you should speak to an attorney. This guy needs to be made an example of. Put his face on TV for being a pervert and for abusing his authority. If that happens, he will never be allowed to work in law enforcement again.
Not to mention the jail time he will get and the loss of his pension and other benefits provided to people working in law enforcement.
I just hope this has not caused you to see all police officers through the prism of this one experience with a very evil and very rotten apple.

I don't know about your story, but the event sounds like what people think might happen. If it did that officer is a dim bulb. First of all he could be charged with a felony. Secondly didn't he have a video camera running. I figured he had brought you to the front of his car to film you for his buddies.
I hope you have some evidence of the sexual attack. If you took a blood test he couldn't make the dui stick.

don't know if true or not. Do know what would happen if it was me.
Think Lorena Bobbitt with teeth. He would definately need an emergency room.

You know how a stained blue dress almost cost Clinton his presidency? I hope you have not washed that mini-skirt or your T-shirt. You may have enough evidence to take that corrupted officer off the force.

IF,assuming the story is true,I would think the horse has bolted,This rogue Officer will have his story covered in the event you pursued action against him
Though I suppose a visit to a Lawyer couldn't hurt, and If you somehow brought this Cop to book for his actions, well I'm sure he would soon find out for himself "what a lonely man needs"

On that tangent, after a long expensive desperate witch-hunt ( coincidentally ruining Clinton's goal of hunting down a guy name Osama for the first WTC attack ), they finally went with the affair info. asking him about it under oath. Stupid of him to lie about it then, but THAT is what they went to impeachment over, which of course was a ridiculous waste of taxpayer money & govt. time.

First: Tanya, thank you for venting a bad experience that occurred in your life..and with the fact you deal with actual victims.. you (and others who unfortunately have faced the evilness this world has) may be the best to respond to my question....
Would a victim who was so degraded (doesn't matter if gg, cd, gay or whatever) and with any sense of self-respect, come on this site and retell a story with such clarity and punctuality correctness????? Especially if this is the first place that a victim has to vent the experience.
To go into details of how one hand is placed on shoulder..then another to push to knees.. come on..
in my mind and response "the $#%!#% made me get on my knees and @^%^$# him"
So until the originator returns to be upset that alot think this is fake or otherwise.. its not believeable to me and if discovered that it is not true, I would hope the MODS take full action on the member. This is not a topic to be taken in jest.. if its true, i apologize.. and then will reply further...
Hugs,

Most DUI stops these days are recorded on dispatch tapes. If these tapes are requested and it turns out they weren't preserved, that's something you can use to challenge a case, or make one.
Dash cams on the police cars (or booking room videos at the police station) may in fact provide footage that exonerates you or proves your “case”. (and embarrasses the police).
Before the arresting officer gives you a breath test, Alabama law requires the officer observe you for 20 minutes, during which time the officer must make sure you do not do anything to cause alcohol to travel from your stomach to your mouth (e.g. burp, throw up, etc.).
You have a couple of options (depending on laws in Alabama) to secure copies of this and other information…
You can draft a FOIA request letter.
You can make a formal request via the Alabama Open Records Act by using the following link…
Fully Automated, Fill-in-the-Blanks
State Open Records Law Request Letter Generator
http://www.splc.org/legalassistance/foiletter.asp
But those options and identifying a zillion other illogical aspects of this account would of course, tend to suck the entertainment value we are all getting from replying to this thread like it is factual…right out of it.
So, in that regard, I guess I should really edit this reply to the following…
I think it was the butler, at the side of the road, with the nightstick…
there, all better :heehee::D:heehee:

Oh come on! Anyone here seen "To Wong Foo, Thanks for everything, Julie Newmar"?!?!?!?
Shariff Dollard/Dullard, stopped Vita for a busted tail lamp. He then decited she was pretty, took her back to his car and started hassling her. The nonly change here is, instead of getting his "favor" Shariff Dullard got punched out.
Something else I think that "To Wong Foo" and this thread both have in common - Fiction

Well, sorry to throw the bull shit flag on the field, but I'm inclined to consider this fiction.
If it DID happen, I agree with Kelly - you were still in charge of your fate and your actions and had the choice to either face the consequences of what you did or do something morally questionable.
As for your average cop, I have nothing but the greatest of respect for them. There are a few professions that you do not get into for the money:
Any kind of emergency responder like paramedic or fireman
Law Enforcement
Teaching
And countless others
You don't get into professions like these to make a buck, you get in to them because they are a calling - something you feel compelled to do, something that you WANT to do.
A lot of people give cops hell - right up until they need one. . .
I'm sure there are bad cops, just as there are bad people in any segment of society, but the very vast majority of cops are good and decent men and women doing their level best to keep all of us safe. Bullshit like this thread throw dirt and mud on these people that they don't deserve. It also serves to scare those of us that are timid and might actually believe this stuff and thus choose not to venture out.
Assuming that I am not doing something stupid, like prostitution or drinking and driving, I would have no hesitation what so ever in approaching and interacting with a police officer when I'm dressed. It's his job, career, and calling to keep ME safe, and until proven otherwise I am going to assume that he/she is a professional and takes as much pride in their job as I do mine.
