Went by my daughter's place tonight for a visit and she showed me my 18 month old grandson's feet. It appears that he went in the bathroom and grabbed some nail polish and tried to do his nails. I said way to go and held up my hand for a high five and he grinned big and gave me five. That's my boy. :heehee:

What did your daughter think about all that?

Wow, at 18 months?

I don't think my 18 month grandson can even open a bottle, much less know where it was supposed to go.

At least he didn't try to drink it.

He probably hasn't figured out the difference between a boy and a girl yet and he's seen his mother paint her nails.

The bad part - your daughter needs to "child proof" her home before your grandson gets himself into big trouble.

Sue I'll get you some "White Out" for the grandson to use. My granddaughter used it once instead of nail polish and it was much easier to clean up off her nails, toes, ankles, legs, the porch, a wall and the dog.

That's funny. I can only assume that your daughter knows about you.

Yes, my daughter knows about me and goes out with me off and on. So she has a good sense of humor about these things. He probably saw her do it and played copycat.

As far as childproofing, I am pretty amazed he got to anything. My daughter is super cautious and has all kinds of locks on things. But I guess you can't be perfect.
