I had to go to Sebring Florida last month and would be living in my aunt mobile home until I got it sold. Knowing that I was going to be in an area where very few people would have ever seen me I took Paulette along (two full suitcases). The first full day there I was looking at all of the GG's walking around in shorts and pants, and while I brought a few pairs along for day wear, I also had what I came to find out was more dresses hanging in my closet in the mobile than all of the women combined in Sebring.
I had been talking on line to Stan (Stacy formerly of the Boston area) and agreed to take me out in the Sebring area. He is such a gentleman, opening doors and always with the nice compliments.
One night after going to dinner with Stan I decided to go for a swim. I changed into my suit and cover up drove to the pool area. While I was taking off my cover up a man came into the pool area and asked what time the pool closed. I told him and he walked away. I was feeling very confident in my look after going to a Red Lobster for dinner and being referred to as miss and madame. My escort Stan was so kind in making sure that I had a the best time possible as Paulette. Stan also helped with my make up and he is fantastic. Any way the guy came back and swam a few laps and asked me if he had bothered me by his swimming. I told him no and continued to pull my cover-up up over my swim suit.
I never had any problems in the Sebring area even though it is very much a very conservative area. I am sure what helped was having Stan as my escort. He was taller than me even when I wore my kitten heeled sandals. I just had to scratch the dresses and wear what the rest of the women were wearing and have a good time melting in the heat.
If anyone is going to central Florida be sure to give me a yell and I will introduce you to the nicest man you can ever meet. And did I mention that he knows how to apply make up like a pro.
