No, I only ever dress daytime weekdays, so there's always shopping malls, coffee shops and cinemas open.

What do you normally do when you go out. Grocery shopping, go to the mall, or Wall Mart id open 24 hrs, at most stores. If you're a little shy, go thru the drive thru for a burger. Burger King is open late. Then you will have the thrill of interacting with others, but from the safety of your car. I hope that helps...BJ

Oh yes, but only after I have had a gin & tonic (or 2), then I can't go for a drive, my licence is my living so couldn't afford to loose it

That happens to me all the time.. May I suggest a meet group ..I joined one but havn;t acted on it yet, the group has 72 members. It sounds like a great solution for those all dressed up and no where to go problems. This group offers support , a place to get dressed if needed , advice on make up and style although there isn't any dress code I know of. They plan events with enough notice to decide if you want to attend or not..

Just a thought I can PM the URL for such a group near you.. So when in Rome do as the Romans do?

Or you could be in a situation similar to mine(I wasn't dressed en femme). You go out to your car to go somewhere, try to start it, and hear "cli-cli-cli-cli-cli-click". Then you realize the battery is dead.
