I'm new here and I have noticed from some of the photos that many of the male to female crossdressers pictured have real breasts; and some nice ones at that! I'm so jealous. I wish I knew how you gurls do it?

All I can say is genetics sweetey. I have a natural 34B and love em. When I go out in drab it feels weird but I do not care. I do pec toning maybe 1 -3 days a week to keep em perky. I love it.

You should look for the sticky about how to make cleavage.

Beyond that: after you make another couple of postings, you will be eligible to apply for access to the Body Issues forum; routes to breasts tend to be discussed there and in the Transsexual forum.

My B+/C-'s are due primarily to a brain tumor. Prolactinoma which produces the female hormone Prolactin which is released during child birth to enlarge breasts and trigger milk production. Further enhanced with a high soy diet and a home made vacuum assisted breast growth system (similar to Brava) version 2.1! Lol.

This is going to sound like a joke at first...but beer. No kidding about two weeks ago I saw some story on MSN I think it was about how beer consumption can trigger breast tissue growth in some males. Well I drink beer. Not every day, but about 5 days a week. And guess what...I must be one of those males as it has triggered growth. No idea what my true cup size is as the bra I was just fitted for is 40DD (this was on the recommendation of the SA). But I do have some growth there. I'm thinking about getting more soy in my diet though as Karren Hutton pointed out.

Yeah! Gynocomastia.... And soy works. Mens health magazine had an article earlier this summer where guys who are trying to get healthy by eating more soy are developing moobs... Unwanted male breasts.. And they are freaking out!! Lucky guys! Lol. Guess the mechanism is knocking T levels down and increasing the E levels with plant based estrogen like compounds... Isoflavoids or something like that.. It slow and gradual but it shows results!! My prolactinoma did the same thing but you do not want to deal with a brain tumor the rest of your life just to have boobage!

I'd combine the best of both worlds, and drink soy beer. If it isn't available in stores, I'll brew it myself. :D

Ive looked into developing natural breasts this way, but with the increase in estrogen I fear losing the ability to get an erection. I read that is a side effect of high estrogen. Have any of you found this to be the case. I have always been feminine in mannerisms and appearance, but wouldn't want to lose the one part I enjoy about being male.

Ive looked into developing natural breasts this way, but with the increase in estrogen I fear losing the ability to get an erection. I read that is a side effect of high estrogen.

I haven't uses hormones myself, but I'm looking into them seriously.

The decrease in ability to get an erection is not due to high estrogen, but rather due to low testostrone. When you go on hormones, if you have not had an orchi or some other medical reason why your testes are not producing much testostrone, then it is quite common to be prescribed anti-androgens to reduce the testostrone level. Erectile dysfunction is not 100% certain, but it happens to nearly everyone. Function may return after hormones are stopped, but that is not certain if you have been on them long enough, and would depend in part upon whether you had taken chemicals to supress the testostrone, or to tell your testes to pretty much shut down.

My gender therapist tells me that there is a difference between ED and orgasm, and that for everyone she has worked with, the capacity to orgasm eventually returns, but acting differently than it did before. Apparently in time there will still be the capacity to give and receive sexual pleasure, but if the giving of that pleasure depends strictly on a firm body member then Yes, that's a problem.

The best information I have to date is that if you take HRT, then your partners will notice the ED. If your heart is in good shape then medications such as Viagra can help, at least for a time.

Another thing is that sperm quantity, quality, and mobility will be affected by sufficiently long HRT, and it is not known yet if there are any ways in which that could be recovered.

My investigations have been very much in the context of someone who would rather not lose this particular bit of male functioning, so I have been looking at this aspect specifically. I haven't made a final decision, but I am leaning towards a 4-6 month trial, which is within the time frame where it is known that most aspects are reversable (except possibly fertility.) If I could do it without having to pay this price, I would, but getting rid of this persistent depression would be worth paying that price.

DeeDee.... I have been growing mine for years now and have not had any male related issues at all...

And the downside to soy is it is packed with calories so you breasts are not the only thing you might end up growing if you don't watch it!!

The beer probably has hops in it, and that can aid breast dev. Asian women working in the hops business grew breasts, proably from inhaling the hops dust (and that is documented). Many prescription drugs have some effect on something in the gut called cytochrome P450 and those that do usually have as a side effect, gynecomastia. Most of such drugs have about 1% of this side effect. Otherwise, a lot more guys would be having breasts, and there is no way to tell whether you are one of the "sensitive" ones until you actually try something. Bosa is a Turkish fermented drink made from millet and other grains and it has a reputation for breast growth (it can also be had in the USA--google it, but it is expensive and one would need to drink some quantity to find out). And yes, soy has isoflavones and there are documented cases of breast grow but every man is not sensitive to the phytoestrogens that are part of the sobean. Check out the carton and see what it includes--anywhere from ** to ***, and the more the merrier,
THere are no easy answers about what works--and some things DO WORK--for some men.
I can't include a lot of my findings here due to restrictions but I will send you what I have learned if you pm me (if I haven't read everything available, what I didn't read probably doesn't matter). Mine are B-, partly derived from illness and partly derived from that other stuff.

Mine are not really big like B-...but they are big enough to create some fem illusion that I love and enjoy.I got mine from gyno and I think the Testosterone HRT made them grow a littlle bit more.

I just finished reading the M-H article that Karren linked and I woudn't put too much stock in it (except for the part about helping us girls get breasts). Naturally, a men's health mag is for MEN and anything that might upset their precscious physique would be a no-no.
First off, they mentioned " 25 grams of tofu-about a pound". WRONG!!!! 25 grams is less than 1 ounce and the amount of phytoestrogens you would get would very much depend on the making of the tofu or other soy product-somewhere between 20 and 70 mgs--that's thousanths of a gram. 25 grams (of soy protein) is approximately what the Asians consume and their body chemistry or genetic disposition to effects of soy may be different.
THe Chinese Dr warned of men WHO ALREADY HAVE ED to stay away from soy--not that IT CAUSED IT.
There are no references to the medical articles so that the reader can check for themselves--most of this stuff is available on medline or pubmed and generally you can get the entire article free since a lot is government sponsored research. Don't be fooled by this kind of stuff--it is like reading tabloids about 3-headed presidential candidates.
Like anything else you ingest, you should know what you are taking, but these kind of articles do more harm than good.
I take soy isolates every day, my blood pressure recently was 123/81 and I'm 67.--and I can stand at attention when I so desire it, and there are NO blanks in my gun.

Too bad we can't direct those calories to hips and bootie instead of belly! Seriously, Soy isoflavones are available at any health food counter, so you can get them without the calories.

Thank you, Busker. That article seemed informative but scary at the same time. I would really like to develop a little cleavage so I can feel a little more feminine when I put on a bra, that's all. I don't want 40D's, just a little something to feel more girlish, I guess.
You've been very helpful and it is appreciated.

There have been reports of tea tree oil inducing breast growth in young males. Not on purpose of course, it's a side effect.

busker
09-29-2010, 03:14 PM
teatree oil and lavender had their effects on pre=pubescent boys and would not likely effect adult hormones--but, one never knows for certain. There is a lot of stuff that remains untested in the world--they take the stuff that has the greatest impact on our lives, the rest has to wait, time and money no doubt. there are several medications that can cause hormonal damage on babies--rogaine is one. even a little on a mother's hand just from picking up a pill, can cause damage
Teatree oil is considered an antiseptic and during WWII, military field hospitals used to "oil" bed sheets with it to help prevent infections. THere is some notion that lavender may help hair growth in pattern baldness but I have seen no proof of that.

it maybe a stupid remark but i've been wondering if it would be more efficiant to smoke up some hops since it would bypass the liver and go straight to the bood stream.

busker

well, GirlAlex, close but no cigar. People --in the "olden days" who had problems getting to sleep often used a pillow full of hops which is an aid to sleeping. It is still in some formularies and I believe in Germany you can buy it as a sleep aid specifically. Hops is available at any health food store or you can grow your own with a rhizome. the blossoms need to be 2 years old to be effective. Hops is a growth industry at the moment--pun intended. Beer is where most of it goes.

I started wearing a bra 69 years ago when I was 9 years old. It was on doctors prders because I had so much tissue in my breast area. After an extensive exam at a Medical school it was detirmined that I did NOT have any known medical problem. I just had breasts, which at that time were 36 B's! By the time I entered military service, in my late teens, they were what they are today! Natural 40 B's, as measured by a Lady who specializes in fitting bra's for mastectomy patients! I fill a bra out completely with no pads at all, and do have cleavage. I frequently get even more cleavage by wearing a 38 B bra. Of course, I always wear underwire ones and I do wear a bra every day! The only time that I did not wear one was when I was in the military.

The only thing holding me back is being certain I'll still be able to get the big, firm erection my wife loves. I'm also her sub, so not being able to perform would be bad for both of us. And as a sub, wanting boobs for my own is really willful. Whadda ya say gurls?
