From what I can tell, crossdressing seems to be universal and is practiced around the world. But I am curious about what nuances it takes on in other cultures.

For most of us in the mtf CDer world in what I'll loosely term 'the western world', crossdressing means wearing panties, bras, dresses, blouses and skirts. There are variations to it, cheerleader outfits in the USA and Canada for example, St Trinian's style school kit in the UK, etc, but it is essentially the same thing.

However, what about other cultures. I know that many of our Indian sisters wear a sari. But what about variations in say, Japan. Would an MTF CDer in an Arab/ Moslem country be attracted to the Niqab (or other variations of the head scarf)

Many of these items are quite beautiful.

I also wonder if our FTM brothers have similar things. A kilt in Scotland spring to mind (cause I wear one in boy mode) but what about the kaftan in the Arab world.

So -- to my brothers and sisters outside 'the western world', what variations are there to your crossdressing

Huggles
