Going for my morning run and noticing the woman running on my left. She has a pretty good figure which is in motion as she runs. Her hair is pulled through the back of her cap and I can see her pony tail swaying as she runs. She looks pretty good!

She's my shadow.

Nice! Except for the whole "running" bit. Ewww! I never understood all that "Ewell Gibbons, healthy lifestyle, voluntary sweating" kinda thing. I only run when I'm being chased.

In years past I used to go out for a morning run ala Persephone. And I also looked at my reflection in windows. Now my happiness is waking up in the morning and being able to get out of bed!!
