Saw the endocrinologist for the 1st time

I finally had my first appointment with an endocrinologist. Sometimes I think things are moving too fast for me, but then I realize that I have to trust that I know this is what I want. I am a Christian, and although it is in recent memory that I would have just said it was wrong, this is the direction my life is going in. Anyway, she gave me a beginning dose of hormones, and now I guess I see where it goes from here.

God created you this way, and God does not want us to live dishonestly and in pain.

When I was still fighting against my gender, my gender got between me and God. Once I accepted that this is who I am, I could be honest with God and my gender stopped being an issue. Sins are things that keep us from God, and it was sinful for me to try to live as a man.
