I hate those annoying hawkers selling ceramic irons for your hair. They get on my nerves usually, but tonight I saw them doing something with the iron which I didn't think possible. So on my way back, I stood and watch as they did a little girls hair. They were putting curls in the hair which was amazing. I have been wanting that type of curls when out dressed.
The mother of the little girl said that I needed to buy one for my wife or daughter. I hestitated and then said it would be for me. She had one of really confused looks on her face and then I let it rip. I told her that I was a cd'er and showed her my hair out of the ponytail. She asked a couple of questions and I answered them for her. She couldn't believe that I was a cd'er. She said it was cool and keep saying that she was shocked. She would have never guessed.
So how many of you have told a complete stranger in drab that you were a cd'er and what was the reaction?

Nothing is worse than those kids who run the carts in the mall , pimped by Israeli cartels/mafia, trying to sell you sea salt lotion. I swear they hunt you down, it doesn't matter what gender you are.
DO NOT MAKE EYE CONTACT WITH THEM. :po:.................sea salt.

One of the hawkers at the mall tried to get my wife to let her buff her nails but she blew her off. So she started buffing my nails. She got them shinning better than when I use clear polish. I probably should have bought the product. The nails she did really looked good!

Amazing stuff that, (from Israel), my wife bought a kit a couple of years back.

Salt may be salt, but is it pure salt? But is this sea salt, Dead Sea salt?
I occasionally use a sea water spray to clear my sinuses. About €8 for 100ml of sea water, wow that puts a huge uncalculable value on our oceans, no wonder countries go to war over territorial waters.

Thank you for tell us about your mall trip. Telling someone you don't know that you are a CD I believe is the question. When I was a CD I can say I don't remember every telling a stranger that I was a CD. I think that is a remarkable step for anyone, CD TS gay lesbian it is still amazing to me to just tell a stranger.

To my wifes dismay I tell SA's freguently. I'm not sure why but their assumption that what i am buying must be for my wife or a gift for someone just makes me do it.

It's Dead Sea salt. She didn't say the salespeople at the carts were all Isreali, but the product itself is from Isreal. However many of them have told me they are Isreali when launching into their pitch.

Getting back on track, I have told some SA's while drab and they seem to be confused. Am I too masculine looking (LOL!)? Does my wedding ring and talk about my wife and children throw them off? What does a CDer look like? I think too many people still have the wrong idea about CDers. Too many have those trashy television show ideas. Or the Milton Berle-esque images.
Well, the more we speak up, the more those misconceptions will change.

I've done it, Michelle, just for fun. A stranger poses no threat to you're "normal" life so there's no risk. I enjoy watching their reaction. It's usually shock, of course, but then I'm always waiting to see if they'll engage in some way or just walk off. I look forward to answering the first obvious question w/ "No, I'm not gay". A small fib, of course, but that really turns their prejudiced world upside down.
Great fun.

That sort of thing just damages our perception by the public in very large degrees.

Well last night I was at Target and I went a little wild in buying girly things. Nothing too outrageous (just some knee socks, knee-highs, makeup, and odds and ends). But when I went to the register the woman began to scan my items she asked if the "Missus" had asked for some things. I looked at her and said simply "No, it is all for me." Without missing a beat she replied back that I had very good taste and even recommended a couple other stores in the area. She was super friendly and did not seemed bothered at all by my admission.
/sometimes I think there may be hope for these silly human things. ;)

To reply to the actual topic of the thread, I've told SAs many times, especially when I've been shopping for myself and needed an opinion or was trying to figure out sizing. I've even done this at Victoria's Secret. Then again I usually am wearing a skirt when I go in there.
Amazing stuff that, (from Israel), my wife bought a kit a couple of years back.

i do not know what your "dollar" is valued at. but if you send me $100.00usd plus shipping i will send you one gallon of pure ocean water from the pacific.

I have told a few ... have now started to carry a few pics so they can get a 'visual' ... so far the results have been beyond positive ;^)

I was looking through thrift shops around this time last year. Specifically, I was looking for a wedding dress which this one store didn't have.
I mentioned that she had some other nice things, but nothing I needed that day. She replied, half joking, that I would just have to come back some other time do shop some more. I agreed and told her that I was a crossdresser and certainly would be coming back often to see what she'd gotten in.
She was fine with this and mentioned that she had a lot of crossdresser customers. I've since been back a few times in drab and have even tried a few things on.

However many of them have told me they are Isreali when launching into their pitch.First off, I was refering to the "cartels", not the salespeople. Secondly, this was the only part of their presentation you chose to believe??

That is something I need to do as well. I don't have any pictures with me when I tell someone but it is important to complete the explanation

My wife bought the product. She kept saying no until the salesman slashed the price about 75%:D We both use it now and it works great!!

When one of them cornered me he said let me see your
thumb (I had just put a clear coat hardener on last night)
so I held my hand out and he said did you polish your nails and I said
yes fingers and toes he just got a real funny look on his face.
Then I said thanks but no thanks and walked away laughing,
