How do you measure for a bra, when half the contents of that bra will be silicone gels?

The band size doesn't really matter whether you're wearing forms or not, since that's measured below the breast. But to figure out the cup size, you need to be wearing your forms, since that's calculated by measuring across the nipples. Here's good bra sizing instructions. If you don't have the forms yet, experiment with cup sizes by getting a couple of cheap bras in diffferent cup sizes and stuffing them to see what looks right.
