With lives like ours we are walking a very thin line, but more importantly is how often you cross it and how much fun you have doing it. and if you do enjoy it and it doesn't hurt your nearest and dearest what the hell just go for it.

Not really after recent observations, I really don't care who knows what. Ignorance is bliss too ;)

I have a couple of buddies I think suspect something, but with them I'm not concerned.

Every since I was confronted by my parents I have been relatively laid back as to who knows and who doesn't. The rest of my family has no clue, and I often wonder what good will come of it I were to disclose to them about Vallari. I might someday, I might not. I may get cought and outed by one of them for all I know. :o Just have to see what happens I guess.

Yup, truly I walk that fine line. I have a daughter that doesn't know about my fem side and I am a public school teacher. That could be disastrous!

So yes I do walk the line with you, and sometimes being a good Catholic girl, guilt is on both sides of the line

Arula:

I live two lives. No one knows that I'm a CD. I like the mystery and the excitement of crossdressing. :D I'm not stressed by it at all.

hi Arula  yes i'm feeling you on that thought, there are some people in my life that will unfortunately (or fortunately for the sake of saving a potential heart-attack or two lol) never know the about the other half that makes me tick, although I am ready to walk that line and make it a little blurry so that some people will indeed know

Arula honey, I'd say we are all living 2 lives.
Walking the thin line? It's great isn't it?
At the moment I seem to be dancing on it. It gets so thin I can hardly see it.
Meaning I don't give a sh** if I get caught anymore hehehe.....

A few little worries I have on this thread :-
robyn4909I'm in the military, you want to talk about a thin line Be VERYcareful hon.

The 2 lives, that ALL of us lead, only brings our two halves closer, and more intermixed. I find more of the "fem" coming out in me at work, and I don't mind. ------I WANT to show the fem side of me, and it seems that is happening, ------ slowly. ------ It seems that it can't be helped. ---- I wonder what will happen, --- "Down the Road?"

Well...the more I have integrated Chrissie with my male side outwardly...the wider that fine line is getting. I don't feel so much anymore like a tightrope walker in high heels anymore! Chrissie has been emerging now in ways that she never dreamed possible before...and hopefully...the best is still yet to come in that regard!;)

Thankyou, to all you ladies that have commented. It certainly is heart pumping, to be in the closet, walking a thin line without a net. All the more reason for us to be oh so careful. I slipped once, only to learn for the next time. I do envy the ladies that have blended all the way into society. Thankyou, you make my dreams soar like an eagle. Kisses, Arula.

Hi Khriss!
Obviously you have never been through Chatechism!! Is guilt forgiven? I guess it is..sin is why not guilt?

So I guess I need to work on it! And keep walking the line!

Eva, I attended Catholic schools all through elementary and high school and, oh boy, I remember catechism, but I don't remember the CD questions. I may have been ill that day....

I have a life then my other life when i'm with my children. The latter taking up more time but hey they deserve it. :)

Well, yeah, I guess you could call it a double life, but I feel that it's only that way out of necessity. My wife doesn't want to accept it, so I hide it. Others simply do not accept it, so I hide it from them as well. But if all things were truly equal, I wouldn't care one whit who knew. I simply do not want to deal with the ramifications that would come with full disclosure to the significant people in my life. Everything would change, and not necessarily for the better. So I keep up with the ol' status quo.
