If you have photoshop, there's plenty of tutorials on utube to show you how to morph your face and/or body into the shape you want. They also show you how to change your skin tone, put virtual make up on, etc.. Basically, how to do a professional airbrushing of any person's photo. You won't recognize yourself. I have a very old version, but they all work pretty much the same.

There is a good software programme called Abrosoft Fantamorph. I use it occasionally for my youtube videos, the only snag is that it is not freeware, but it really does what it says on the can.
