I am assuming that I'm not alone in this, but I still want to air my frustration of not being able to afford everything I would like to. It's rough when you have to choose between paying the bills and buying shoes! :Angry3: Of course, being responsible I choose the bills  , and continue to look longingly on that gorgeous pair of wedge sandals :daydreaming: . Someday, my darlings, we will be united! Do any of the rest of you face this obstacle in becoming all the gurl you can be?

Sorry.... do not have that issue at this time.... my problem is I'm so picky that I will shop for days before I find something I like enough to try on let alone buy....

Oh, all the time. I find that Jay Cee is willing to shop pretty much anywhere (ie: Wallymart) to save a buck. Relax - you've got time to build a wardrobe. You didn't build your male wardrobe in a matter of months, did you? :)

Tell me about it! The economy cost me a good paying job and factor that in with a divorce, i am now living with my brother, another hindrance.
I've tried to take it easy money wise, and now have a small wardrobe and wig, but i'm sorely in need of shapewear. Wast cincher, hip and but enhancer, and profesional make-up help.
Sure i could do without some of these things if i wanted to merely CDin the closet, but this girl wants to get out, and be able to fully dress in her own home too.

I hear you... pretty hard to justify paying top dollar for shoes I only wear a few times... and I've been neglecting my male shoes. That's why I go to places like payless or thrift stores most of the time.
we need a web sight for the monetarily impaired.
so many it would take a couple of the big computers and a very large amount of band width just to host it.
but yes rent, food, going to a class, social, clothing, fuel to get to work so i can be broke next week...again.
choices.

Ah, choices...priorities...work...children...chores... needs... Life is certainly better than the alternative, but life in two genders can be a bit taxing at times!

This was more of an issue when I was younger and ws living paycheck to paycheck. now that I have managed to save a couple dollars, I can strategically pick and choose when I spend money. Christy has all but wiped out my "hidden" savings account but my allowance my wife gives me allows me enouhg opportunity to buy when I feel the need. I think it gets easier as we get older.

The tough part is having to build a whole new wardrobe. I try to just buy one thing at a time but sometimes I end up with a whole outfit.

A little bit. I'm pretty satisfied for now. In the spring when my work is better the GF and I are gonna go shopping at the better mall (our mall sucks). I just wanna get a few sexy things from Fredrick's (garter belt, a teddy) and some stretch pants and a skirt (she loved me in her skirt). Her giving me her handmedowns was a Godsend

I sometimes wonder which is worse; finding something and not having the money to buy it, or having the money, and not being able to find what I want, fit me the way I want, or look the way I want once I'm wearing it. All unacceptable outcomes. Oh well, at least I can enjoy a nice cold beer with my pizza.

Its quite simple for me,my first concern has to be paying the bills and keeping a roof over my familys heads,If theres any Pocket money available, then I can scour the shops for my Pretty Things.Seems like at this time of the year though, only thing I find myself shopping for is windows LOL,Still theres always Sophies Xmas to come

With this crappy economy, I'm right with you. I have enough trouble paying the bills, let alone treat Erickka to some nice stuff, but it will all work out in due time.
