Moderate = Matching bed jacket in addition to the above.
Cool = Cotton T-shirt & skirt.

If it's really cold then I follow some advice I was given thirty odd years ago, keep the extremities warm - hat, socks, gloves! Not very glamourous but you certainly feel the benefit of the clothes you put on in the morning when temperatures are below freezing and you have to dig through a metre or more of snow when you unzip the entrance flap of your tent.
