Went shopping today and bought new panties and I'm down to a size 6 now!! Yippeee I'm sooo happy. The tears I cried were big tears of great joy!!

great work Dani. I've been there, and know how hard and long one has to work to lose weight. (Down to 230 from 269).

The bright side is that you can wear lots of things you couldn't before, and even better - your heart, hips and knees all are saying "Thank You!!!"

Congrats Dani,
I know how hard it is to lose also, I had to get down to my max allowable weight every year during my annual flying physical. Trouble was, I put it right back on with a drink at the O'club that night. Now it's "Lose" for another great reason, now I want to look great in new dresses, lingerie, high heels, et al. Wish me luck, I'm going at it pretty hard and am making decent progress. Continued success. Misti
