My wife was using her sisters epilator today. She went out shopping and it was my turn. Last year I bought one and my wife threw it away on me. Today when she came back and went to use it again and it still was not charged up. She accused me and felt my leg. I was surprised she did not freak out. She did my butt and she was laughing but was dissappointed I was not hurting. She then started on my bikini line and still no real pain.I enjoyed it surprisingly. She does not approve of the dressing or probable the epialating but she seems okay at this time. Who knows maybe she will change her attitude about dressing one day. I'm not going to hold my breath but a girl can still dream. I'm in heaven today silky legs, butt, armpits and lost my jungle under pants and for once the wife knows!!!!!:)

Some how I don't think I'd let my wife attack me with an epilator... Lol. I've epilated and waxed and plcked every hair below my eye brows and most areas don't hurt that much. A few areas really hurt.. And its never the areas you would think..

Just as an FYI, there are warning messages about sharing epilators... I know that sometimes I bleed when i hit a particularly stuborn hair...

Now that you know how good it is, you can get your own!

My wife was not supportive at first, but over time... she realized I'm still me, I'm not gay, I'm not running out for a sex change opperation... she has warmed up to it. Now she's as supportive as can be.

Thanks for the warning. As I said in my thread, I had one of my own and she threw it away. Since sdin not freak maybe I should try again. I hate wasting money if she 's going to change back to the grinch who stole christmas.

I'm seriously considering getting one. I have very thick hair and sensitive skin IE; the worst combination possible. Even shaving against the grain leaves some residual stubble and causes massive irritation.
I fear that an epilator would be extremely painful as my hair is so deeply routed. Waxing is ok but so messy.

Of course we all know that laser is the best but also costs accordingly.

Stupid question, but what's an epilator? I've gotten a bit of laser done, but its so expensive and I'm always looking for alternatives. So what does it do? It sounds like a product that promises a lot but fails to deliver. What have been your results?

Having had my legs waxed before, I will pass for sure. I'd rather deal with laser, plus its forever.
