Working Pretty

One of life's little joys is getting dressed up and fielding phone calls, emails etc en femme...of course this only works for me when I'm working from home or on the road, sometimes I'll go to government offices, hearings etc and sit in the back of the room, or other times like today I'll just put on a career girl outfit, treat myself to breakfast downstairs with all the other worker bees and then fire up my laptop in my hotel room...I know I shouldn't be visiting the forum on company time, back to work!

I've enjoyed being 'dressy pretty' while working from home the past few days. It has been wonderful talking to colleagues on the phone and by email all en femme and feeling so good. Wish I could work in my lovely clothes all the time!

The only challenge is remembering who I am when I answer my cellphone! The business world gets pretty tough sometimes, if they only knew the prick chewing them out on the phone is wearing a dress and heels LOL

I get to do the same thing since I work out of my house. When answering the phone, I have to laugh. "If they could see me now."

I, also, work from home and can, occasionally, work pretty. I seem to get a lot more done and enjoy my work more when I am dressed congruent with my feelings.
