After sleeping with someone approaching the shape of the Michiiin man, I am wondering if anyone has developed the feminin approach to sleeping. How many remain in a bra, w//wo forms. What does one do with their legs and arms.etc. Does one sleep on the back, the tummy, the side?:):):)

I am not sure that there is a distinctively feminine style of sleeping. Sleeping with a bra on, forms or not, is not good for your health.

I have slept in a teddy I have with a built in bra manny times. I am still healthy
enough to be able to keep on kicking. (LOL) What would having a bra on be unhealthy?
I have even slept in a corset. And I am still here. Rader

Toss your male civvies ("civilian clothes") away, start with a relaxing bubble bath with candles, and a glass of chardonnanay before heading off to bed, a glass of wine always relaxing & soothing, then slip into something comfortable and feminine.

That's what you do when your driving out to a customers site......
My wife is the most unfeminine sleeper in the world..... so I have no clue how a woman is supposed to sleep? lol

Hmm,
Sleeping with bras and/or forms is "bad for your health"? I'm unsure if this is supposed to be fact or opinion, but I do know for years I've purchased "sleep bras" and was assured by the sales associate last time I asked that a sleep bra will help to keep your breast tissue from stretching. I kind of like that idea. And so far no breast cancer, or any other health problems have been noted by myself or my doctor. But if it is a fact please site your source(s). Thank you.

You SA was trying to sell you a Bra!! If you take care of your body you won't have any problem with your "breast" tissue stretching, whether you wear a bra to sleep or not. Sleep bras are all right to wear to bed, because that is what they are designed for. But regular bras and forms are definitely not made to wear to bed! They may not be "bad for your health," but they certainly will not last as long as they should! Any one sleeping while wearing forms is asking for trouble!!
BTW, there is no normal way of sleeping for a female, anymore than there is for a male!! Ask any doctor!!

Karren is right. I always fall asleep when I drive; My Wife is always yelling at
me to stay awake while I am driving. And my reply is...."Wake me when we get there"
That just makes her more nerves. O' Well Life goes on down the road. Rader

Sleep however is comfortable, put on a big t-shirt and comfy sweatpants/PJ bottoms/shorts/underwear (depending on weather). No GG I ever knew actually slept in a bra or lingerie or any of those fancy nighties. Sleep in a bra, it might make you feel more feminine but it's uncomfortable and no GG I know would ever do that. Being a real girl means dressing for comfort as much as style and only style when someone can see, otherwise comfort is the way to go. Think about how many times have you been to a party/wedding etc.. and as soon as dancing started all the girls kick off their heels and dance barefoot (or with pantyhose on). Comfort comes first.

I wear panties, bra, forms, and a favorite nightie to bed every night. I found out the hard way that sleeping on my tummy will burst silicone forms so now I sleep on either side or my back. I love the way the forms feel as I move around in bed.
I used to sleep with forms and a bra ... I sleep generally 3/4 on my belly, with a pillow wedged between my body and the mattress for support.
The "bad health" effects I experienced? Back pain, most likely from trying to be "gentle" on my forms. It feels great to sleep like that but my body weight does tend to squish the forms, hence they don't survive as long.
The back pain was enough to remove any desire to sleep with bra/forms. I sleep in a short nightgown now, it's almost a camisole and feels great.

Personally I like sleeping in tights and a soft mini skirt, warm and cozy.... just my 2 cents.

My favorite is a chemise with nylon panties... sometimes I wear a T-shirt dress... for sleeping habits my GG gf's are basically the same as I... cuddling is important, and who cuddles who is like taking turns... when it gets cold in the winter I wear womens fleece PJ's... yet I love the feel of a chemise when going to sleep...

Since August I've been sleeping in my forms wearing long nightgowns and I've never slept better. Also, since I sleep on my side so I don't think I'm going to damage my breast forms. I really enjoy the feeling of waking up in the morning wearing my forms!

I sleep with my forms on, either with a bra or snug fitting nightdress to hold them in place.

Why? Is this opinion of fact?
Sleeping with forms on is asking for trouble, that is a known fact. Ask any Gynecologist, or professional bra fitter. Forms are made for a very specific purpose, which doesn not include being laid on while sleeping. It certainly won't hurt the wearer, but it definitely will hurt the forms!! Most forms come with a warning telling you not to sleep with them on!! I just gave you the reason why they do that! As long as I have been a CD, I have had way more experiences than most of you. Some of them not so good because I did not follow instructions!! Now I have learned better!

My first wife was pretty flat chested and slept in her padded bra. I asked her why and she said "What if there is a fire?". I made her sleep in the nude.
