I am looking for active support groups and mtf gender therapist, meetings etc. I have met with two therapists and one endo, but they didn't have much expertise. I have found one dr in atlanta, and wanted more options. Thanks, I have just found a lot of dead links, and closed offices.

You may want to join urnotalone.com. When you do a search for members near you, you will also get any local support groups, [public and private. They are good contacts for recommendations for other resources since they deal with our greater LGBT community. Also check with you local city and county social services. They also may have some good lower cost resources for you. If you are in college, check with the college's health services department, because they run across all type of situations and should have contacts and maybe even free/low cost services available for the students.

Do some google searching, cross reference with your insurance (if applicable) and call them. Don't be shy to ask if they are experienced in gender issues.

If Chattanooga is not too far to travel (90 min), Lisa Harrison is tremendous. She is my counselor. While not exclusively TG oriented, she has experience, expertise, and compassion. She has taken me from confusion to understanding
