I suppose I should have written this Wednesday afternoon, or Thursday, but it was a busy couple of days. I was supposed to go to my therapist Wednesday afternoon, but the crummy bus system they have here in Albuquerque got in the way of that (that's a rant for another day). Anyway, after missing a key transfer to get to my appointment on time, I went home. I didnt call right away because: 1.Im one of those people who refuse to own a cell phone and 2.I forgot to bring her number with me anyway. It had been a rough week- I had been taken off hormones due to physical reasons, and it was effecting me more than I wanted to admit. When I got home at 1:20 (the appointment was at 1), I called her, expecting to apologize and that would be it. Instead, I guess she could tell that I needed badly to talk, and spent most of the time until 2, and her next session, on the phone with me. I know I am always telling people the value of a really good therapist. This just validates the point, at least in my own mind.

tanya she is a good person to realize things like this can happen and the session was still done whether in person or over the phone. Next visit will go better, just don't give up over a small setback. Go Girl! Teri

Tanya I really am serious about you and your doctor exploring BROMELAIN an enzyme found in pineapple. It may help in your clotting problems. But only a really good nutritionist will be able to guide you.
