Fingers crossed for Christmas

My SO is perfectly OK with my dressing and I dress at home almost all of the time. The other day we were talking about gifts and her not thinking that she had gotten enough things for me. I hinted about one nearby store having some nice blouses the last time I was in there.

So the next day, she went out shopping. One of the things she came home with was something for herself from a store right NEXT to the one I had mentioned. And there are two new presents under the tree... something about the right size for a blouse or jersey, and something that looks suspiciously like a jewelry box.

She HAS gotten me blouses, jewelry and even nightgowns before for gifts, so I've got my hopes up for tomorrow :) :)

It was a very nice Christmas. Along with 'boy' stuff, I also got a nice soft button down shirt and a purple turtleneck jersey, both from a local women's shop. I also got a very pretty pair of earrings that go perfectly with the purple jersey.

Attached are two photos. One of me just after opening a present (I spent the morning in a skirt suit and tights), the 2nd after changing into the earrings, purple jersey and a nice beige skirt that goes with it really well. This is the outfit I'll spend the rest of the day in until we head out to a party this evening.

You can use the Dremel at low speed with a buffing wheel to do your nails.

LOL, good idea :). So in effect, I got FOUR gifts for Cristi this year.

BTW, my SO just told me that my lipstick color didn't really go well with my jersey or earrings, so I had to wipe it off and go find a color that worked better.
