It's been an auspicious weekend for me! A couple of weeks ago, I announced Denise to my recently new SO (6mos) and surprisingly was readily accepted. We talked for a long time about it and how she felt. It was a good connection. Her only concern was not that I dressed, but what was her role in it. I explained to her that her role is whatever she desired it to be and I pointed her here to the site so she could have someone to talk to about it. As recommended by so many of you, I set some ground rules for myself, so as to not run aground in the pink fog. I let her decide when Denise gets out and when she needs Drab me. Now to this weekend, we went shopping! I was in drab but we went looking for both of us. She bought me a cute little nitey and couldn't wait for me to wear it for her. Once we got home, Denise got dressed and hasn't been put away yet (out all weekend, this was a first for me).
I feel so blessed in finding her and truly cherish everyday in the short time we've been together. Hopefully she's logged in and has a profile here and can enjoy the companionship that seems so prevalent amongst you. :daydreaming:

Denise and SO, welcome to the forum. It sounds to me like you will fit in pretty well around here. It's not always smooth sailing and it can be difficult to avoid the impulsiveness that characterizes the "pink fog", so be flexible and open to revisiting your ground rules if they need to be changed in either direction.
