Adams apples!

Unfortunately for me I have a large adams apple that sticks out like a sore thumb. What can I do to cover up this monstrosity as I would never pass as fem if I went out dressed?

With the weather the way it is at the moment you could wear a scarf, or some sort of long necked jumper.

You could wear a turtle neck sweater or blouse. Or a scarf.

Neckscarves or wide 'choker' necklaces work fine, but the chokers are hard to find.
