Transgender support on the southcoast

Hi everyone

I've recently begun to explore who I really am after years of denial. I'm looking for help in finding tv/ts support groups on the south coast of england specifically the hampshire area. Googling just seems to bring a lot of dead links.

Also looking for any girls in the Portsmouth/Southampton areas for any help and practical advice as this girl takes her first baby steps out into the real world
