When you're not able to dress en femme:

Do You

a) Take it in stride?

b) Fantasize about being dressed?

c) Feel a bit down and get moody?

d) Say I'll get dressed anyway?

Or

e) Go out and buy a new outfit to wear when you can get dressed?

C is by far the closest but to say a bit down or moody is an understatment

I agree... C seems to be the most correct answer for me.

*NOTE* Although I tend to do E after going too long without getting dressed up often enough, lol... but I have also been known to go thru phases of A->B->C->E... :(

I'd say B with a little C mixed in.

Definitly E - shopping for the perfect outfit takes care of it!

I would have to say none of the above. When I can not dress I just get grumpy as hell. Well past down and moody. I get very hard to be around.

E to relieve C is right on the button Donna.

That said, just recently I will snatch what ever time available these days, even if it's only for an hour. :)

A and maybe B. But then again my dressing goes in phases and I've got months even years without dressing. Just wasn't in the mood.

I once thought that I could take it in stride. But after having a few weekends away where my wife did not pack any fun things for me, I now find that I feel a bit down and get moody, as well as Fantasize about being dressed. Then I feel slightly depressed that I cannot Go out and buy a new outfit to wear when you can get dressed. How is that for an addiction. :D

Hi Emmi,

My answer is "a"
Followed by "d" most definitely "d"!
There's nothing like buying a new skirt or shoes (or both!) to make you feel real good!
Why not add "e".
Having a chat with the girls!

Actually I don't get moody when I can't dress because I know I will when I get home from work. What I do find difficult though is it is hard to concentrate at times because I find myself thinking about what I'll wear what I'll wear when I get home.

Well, it all depends.

If i've been dressing on a semi regular basis in the recent past, I can wait it out - option A

On the other hand, if it's been a long time since the last 'session' or i'm feeling desperate, i can get a bit moody for a while - option C.

a) I normally go to work in drab mode anyway. So I take it in stride until I see a lady in a nice dress or see some nice dress in a shop somewhere then i go into

b)

I probably get into c) if I dont have any options to get dressed within 24hrs. I must sleep in female attire. Does anyone else sleep in female clothes?

I was just think, Maybe this is why it is called "Cross"Dressing. Cause when I can't get dressed I do get a little cross.

I just take it in stride but it is always on my mind. Usually i will just throw on a pair of panties to satisfy that desire until i have more time and privacy. I wouldn't say it affects my moods. Keeping CD'ing a secret period is what affects my moods. Not being able to share it with anyone. But since I have joined the forums here, I feel much much better.

I say E to eliminate C. Me, moody, NO, a bitch YES. So I dress. Come home from work and rip off my clothes and put on a skirt or slacks and a top, wig and a litle makeup. Then it's hop in the car and run to the stop and rob, or a burger joint for the drive thru. That time of night that's all that's open. Come back refreshed.

C, moody for sure but then I start "B" thinking about things to wear.

Oh the tangled web we weave :bs:
