My wife went out of town this past week for business and took the kids with her since she was close to our home town in Los Angeles and had her parents to watch them while she worked...lucky me. Unfortunately I had to work all week so couldn't go 24/7.
On day 1 I started out by painting my toes and doing my make-up. Then I decided to pull all my stuff out of the back of my truck. Spread it all out and tried on all my prom dresses (unfortunately the extra 8 pounds I am wearing kept me from getting into all of them) and then put on my nightgown and watched some TV.
Day two started out by me having to un-girl for work and then when it was over I went to a friends house and got prettied up and we headed out to a group meeting and had dinner afterwards.
Day three started the same way as day 2 and this time when it was over I prettied myself up in the car and met a bunch of friends at a local bowling ally, It was such a great time. I met some new people and felt so wonderful being around so many fantastic people like me. After bowling, a handful of us went to a club for a couple drinks beofre heading home.
Day 4 was a "work from home: day so I didn't have to work but I did have to take my truck in for a scheduled warranty repair. I didn;t feel comfortable going en femme so I had to un-girl again but I kept my lower padding on and stayed underdressed. Once finished, I went home and dressed again around noon and did my work. From there, my friend came over and we both went out to meet some other friends and see a Drag show. That was my first and I was really pleasantly surprised.
Day 5 Was great. I stayed girl all morning and only changed to do some grocery shopping. I immediately prettied up again when I got home and putzed around the house until my friend came over and we went out into the snow storm to see another drag show with another friend. When I got home, I stayed up until 3 AM cooking and straightening up a little.
Day 6 (today) was all about packing up Christy and putting her away. It was one of the most depressing days I have had in a while. I stayed dressed as long as I could while I was scouring the house looking for signs of Christy and putting everything back into my truck. Knowing I won't get an opportunity like this for quite some time.
It was a great week and I missed my family but I am going to miss Christy time, too. Sorry for the long post - I wanted to share both my joy and pain from this Thanks for reading.
