I was fortunate to go out to a restaurant with another TG friend of mine last weekend , and being referred as "ma'am" , and the the two of us being adressed as "ladies".
Now, that's what I call good service. :)

I got ma'am'd on the phone for the first time today. That was an interesting experience, wasnt even trying to do that :eek:

Being referred to as a lady is such a great experience. And it usually happens while out shopping or at resturants where they tend to be more accommodating when it comes to addressing customers by the gender they are attempting to portray.

Isn't it Great! Unfortunately, I have always been a scaredy cat and waited much to long to appear in public. Nobody has ever called me "miss". ;)

After looking at your pic, "Lady" would be the only way I would refer to you. Maybe "pretty lady"?

I sure would have to work on my voice for me to be ma'am'd on the phone. My guess Vanessa, you are a tenor. I am a low bass. I have even been sir'ed when I wore a dress outside the house.

Feels great when that happens. You look very pretty :) I get ma`amed alot since I got my new hair cut, even when I`m not dressed enfemme.

Yea Nathalie! I LOVE hearing this when I'm out. It's one of the nicest things in the world to hear. I'm glad you got treated so well, and you and your friend had a nice evening out. Hope there's many more "Lady's" in your future!
