Why is it every time I am out shopping (as girls do) I always find myself in the women's section even when on my own. I may only be going to Asda / Wal Mart for something as simple as a light bulb. and i still end up looking for skirt blouses etc.
This scares me a little as I am firmly stuck in the closet.
It has raised a few questions,
1. what does this say about me.
2. am I alone in this.
3. will someone catch on to the fact I am there more than would seem normal for a guy .
Comments welcomed.

Darling Shelly
this is normal I do it all the time the only time I can pass a dress shop is I see extreamly high prices that will stop me going in,
but then like yesterday in asda I spent too much time by the clothes my wife had to drag me away!
but I still had this black lined white lacy cardi in my hand he he she landed up bying it for me.
Don't you just love it when that happens

You may as well get used to it. I do it evrey time I get in a store. I'm always drawn to the ladies wear section even when I know I can't afford to buy anything. I find that it is no longer a mystery why GGs are always buying clothes. They have so much variety and it changes all the time. It's as much an addiction as crossdressing itself. Even during my "purged" periods I have always walked past and gazed longingly into the ladies wear sections. So, just relax and enjoy it.

1. what does this say about me.
You enjoy fashion, like a lot of us.
2. am I alone in this.
Nope.
3. will someone catch on to the fact I am there more than would seem normal for a guy .
Probably not. As CDs we're extremely self-conscious about our actions, when frankly most people aren't paying attention. Obviously being the only guy in the women's section may make you stand out, but that's why there's a "girlfriend" you're buying for. ;)

Just enjoy all the lovely things and feel the texture of the fabrics.
I have never had any one question why I was there, only if I needed any help.
The only looks I get are from my long(below my shoulder) hair.

Your behaviour is entirely 'normal'.
Rather than query the reasons for looking at pretty things, enjoy the occasions. Think in terms of how the skirt or blouse would look and feel on YOU.
Shelly I know how you feel! I have only come out to three girls two exs and a exs mum went shopping with her on Sat to Asda and she keep on saying sorry for spending so long looking at cloths. I did not mind as she got me some nice underwear to make up for it! Ito am in the closite and at 25 think i will lose everything if i come out.

I sometimes make up reasons to go to the store so I can look, I try to go to stores that are not around me just in case someone sees me looking but with these gas prices I dont know how smart that is anymore.
