When I waer a blonde wig, my makeup seems a bit 'washed out' how can over come that?

I'm not a makeup consultant, Michelle, nor do I play one on television, but I would think that blond hair goes with makeup with more color. More intense eye color, more intense lipstick -- only be careful not to overdo it! You should really pick one area, eyes or lips, to emphasize at a time, but that doesn't mean that you can't add a little intensity to the non-dominant area. Blond hair might also require a bit more mascara and maybe some brown eyebrow gel.
Just my 2-cents worth.
Hugs,
Persephone.

Hi Michelle.
I think if I were you I would start with using eye liner. Then work on the eye brows. Can you thin them? Start from bellow so as to make them appear higher.
Then, using a make up pencil, darken and shape them.
For the lips I would start with a lip liner altering the shape to look more feminine and then fill in with lipstick.
Or you could just go on You Tube and watch the experts do it!
So, are we to see a more glamorous you posting pictures soon?
Have fun, SUZY

Perhaps blond is just not your color. Or perhaps just not at your current level of sophistication.
One biggy - SMILE.
Then, I echo the others. Getting your eyes to pop can make a huge difference in your "look". Try to define your brows and lips a bit more.
But smile, dear, smile. You look just a bit angry. A seventeen year old in Gucci can pull off the angry look, but you aren't seventeen and you aren't in Gucci.
