Hello All,
I am new here, but not new to Crossdressing. Bear with me, I have a wacky idea, and I'd like to hear suggestions.
I'd like to create a potion of sorts, one made with real (but safe) ingredients to 'begin' a MtF crossdress transformation. I'm not looking to take supplements or hormones, just making a list of varied ingredients that would add up to create a 'pink elixir' one would drink to initiate and assist in a female mental transformation for a day. Silly, I know, but here we are :)
Ingredients I have found so far include:
Soy Milk (for the estrogen association)
Licorice (testosterone blocking)
and from an internet list of foods that supposedly increase estrogen:
black-eyed peas, chickpeas, lentils, lima beans, navy beans, red beans, soybeans and soybean sprouts, and split peas.
apples, cherries, dates, papaya, plums, and pomegranates.
barley, hops, oats, brown rice, and wheat.
clover, garlic, parsley, and sage.
alfalfa, anise, fennel, flax, pumpkin, sesame, and sunflower.
beets, carrots, celery, cucumbers, eggplant, peppers, potatoes, rhubarb, tomatoes, and yams.
I'd love to hear any Suggestions.
Thanks!
Samantha
