Went shopping

I went shopping today at Fasion Bug. It was the first time I ever went to a Fashion Bug store. They have a lot of cute clothes and they had a great sale.

I spent $207.00 I brought 3 capris, a cute top, 2 pair of scandals, a pair of athletic shoes, and a purse. I saved $42 over all.

Unfortunately none of these items were for me. They were for my SO. I promised her that I would take her shopping and buy her some new clothes with some of my winnings from the casino.

She knows that I'm a CD, doesn't really approve, and doesn't talk about it. It would of been so cool if she told me to buy something for myself.

I did like a couple of dresses that I saw and may go back and buy them or order it on-line. It would be great however if she approved of my dressing and we could shop together.

Isn't that need for acceptance a terrible ache in your heart? Perhaps that feeling might be something that your wife could relate to if you approach it cautiously.

I always hated going clothes shopping with my ex wife for similar reasons - we would by her stuff and I would get jealous (though not for the clothes she chose, we did NOT have the same style) because I wanted to shop for me and couldn't (she did not know about this side of me). Now that I have a knowing and accepting SO, I cannot wait to go shopping! Of course I am not yet ready to step out in the real world dressed just yet but the thrill of shopping for pretties for myself is great, and having someone to do it with is even better! I hope your SO will one day come around and accept you the way my SO has accepted me.

There is a discount outlet here in the town I work in that has Calvin Kline capris for $10 a pair. I want some so bad I might just have to go check them out. Billie jean

Shopping together is fun. Cheryl and I went out just last Saturday and we both found something we can use.And sometimes we can both use the same item.(We both wear the same size tops)

April, was she with you? I know what you mean, it's hard to see so many cute things and not be able to buy for yourself too. I love shopping with my wife, she finds me more blouses than I do. I look for things for her, and she looks for things for me, both while shopping for ourselves, we can cover a lot of store that way. If she says what do you think of this one, I know she is thinking of it for me. If it's for her she doesn't ask, she knows her own taste. I never liked shopping until after I came out to the wife, now I love to shop, in fact, I love it to much!lol
